Just a short walk to the beach, about 5 minutes, our incredible, newly renovated beach home is a fabulous setting for your next getaway! Lounge around our NEW private pool, deck and patio area as you look out onto the 2nd hole of the Fazio Golf Course.
As you enter your new vacation home, you will be amazed by views from our two-story Great Room overlooking the pool and golf course. Everything has been updated. All new furniture, wall and floor coverings, and even new landscaping make this home simply 'Paradise'..
Our spacious and open living area connects the two-story Great Room with the dining room and kitchen. The Great Room has 2 sofas and a chair, TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo, and view of the golf course. A loft bedroom furnished with 2 new twin beds and an entertainment area overlooks the Great Room...great area for kids and games!
There is a total of 4 bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom, and cable TVs with DVD/VCR players. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor, and one in the loft. The Master bedroom is spacious with a King bed, entertainment center, and a sitting area. The Master bedroom also has a dressing area and walk-in closet. The Master bath has a jacuzzi bath with a separate shower. The two other bedrooms on the main floor are large with multiple closets and they each have a Queen bed. The 'Jack and Jill' bathroom has a separate vanity area from the tub and shower.
The kitchen is spacious with a large eating area and counter bar space. The separate dining room overlooks the pool and golf course. In addition, on the main floor is a separate 1/2 bath and laundry room with a new washer and dryer.
This newly renovated home is truly breath-taking, and is perfect for a family vacation. I am sure once you visit, you will come back year after year.

- This truly is a beautiful home a few blocks from the ocean and on the golf course. We bought it last year and put over $100,000.00 into it. Everything is new. New carpet, hardwood, and ceramic floors, new furniture, TV/DVD/VCR's, new pool/patio and deck and even new landscaping..... it really is a great home.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
This is a great location with a great value.... we love Palmetto Dunes. The fact that there are a couple hotels in Palmetto Dunes is a big plus.. when we want to have lunch or have a drink at the beach, we dont have to take it with us, or go back to the home. We like using the ammenities of the hotels. We also are members of the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Club, so as our guest, you too can take advantage of the tennis club. we are just 3 blocks to the ocean and on the golf course... great views out over the golf course, short walk, or bike ride to the beach, and since we are couple blocks to the ocean, a great value.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home is outfitted for 10 people and no one has to sleep on a sofa sleeper! The pool is 43' X 23" and shaped like a grand piano... it is a big pool for Hilton Head....This 3,600 sq ft home is beautifully decorated and please read the comments from other renters about their stay in our home... we have all positive reviews.
In addition, we do use a property management firm that we pay for so that if there is something wrong with the home, or something is broken, you have a local contact to enure it gets fixed and your stay in our home is very positive. That added touch to have a local contact is very valuable

Our Family has been going to Hilton Head for 25 years and just love the family oriented outdoor vacation. After many years of renting homes, we finally bought our dream beach vacation home....
We visit Hilton Head several times each year to play golf, go to the beach, ride bikes and just hang out.... I love to sit on the back deck and watch the golfers go by. The past few years we have been able to bring our grandson and he just loves the beach, the pool, minature golf, bike rides, etc.. he is in fun over load when we go to Hilton Head!
We hope you enjoy our home, it is 3,600 sq ft and beautifully decorated. It is located on the 2nd hole of the Fazio Golf Course about 3 blocks to the ocean. There is a walking bridge across the lagoon at the end of Heath and St George that connects to the Hilton Hotel.. (t does not show on the google map) - very easy beach access, on the golf course, and every bedroom has a bathroom! What else could you ask for! ENJOY
