Our distinctive and truly luxurious custom-designed home has over 1900 sq ft air conditioned living space and is furnished in a warm relaxing Floridian style to the highest standards with numerous extra features for the owners personal comforts not often found in other rental properties.
The villa also includes a fantastic golf package as an optional extra at very nominal cost, e-mail owners for details.
The villa is set on an oversized lot backing directly onto a nature reserve from which numerous colourful birds, large butterfies and friendly wildlife visit.
The gardens are fully landscaped with the rear garden having subtle evening lighting to enjoy the various features and coloured planting as one lazily sips the sundowners into the lovely evenings on the screened lanai .
The south facing solar heated 28 feet x 14 feet pool (with supplementary optional electric heating for winter months at an extra charge), has an oversized deck area in addition to the large shady lanai allowing sunbathing from early morning into early evening.
The lanai and pool/deck area is accessed from each of the Living/Great Room, Dining Area and both Master bedrooms via sliding 'vanishing wall' doors. The lania area has speakers linked to the Great Room stereo for easy music listening yet can also be switched off from the Great/Living room if needed.
The villa comprises, Great/Living Room with sofa, love seat, recliner, coffee table, 36" flat screen TV, DVD and stereo.
Dining/Nook Area has a large extending table and chairs for 8. Second bath/shower room has a 6 ft full width sliding door shower unit with handicap / wheelchair access.
Kitchen with breakfast bar and stools plus laundry room are both fully equipped including all utensils etc, dishwasher, cooker, large fridge/freezer and microwave, washer and dryer.
Master bedroom with King-size bed and suite, plus walk-in closet, TV, ensuite bathroom with roman shower, tub, twin basins and vanity units
Second bedroom with queen-size bed, suite and double width closet.
Third bedroom has twin beds, suite, double width closet and the Den/Optional fourth bedroom has a queen-size sleeper sofa plus desk for computer use and TV with built in DVD.
