Shipwatch Pointe is a second floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located in the charming Shore Drive area. As you walk onto the oversized deck from the living area or master bedroom you will be captivated by the tropical view of the pools, hot tub, and the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean. This condominium is decorated with hardwood floors and is located across the street from the ocean and features convenient access to the beach.
We are centrally located and so convenient to everything; there are golf courses, Tanger Outlet Mall, movie theaters, the Alabama Theatre, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and plenty of restaurants just minutes away. The location of the condominium is easily accessible to all these attractions, but without the noise of the traffic.
You will fall in love with this seaside paradise condominium. The master bedroom is equipped with cable t.v. and has a queen-sized bed with a private full bath. The "palm tree" bedroom also has cable t.v., a ceiling fan, two twin beds and a connecting full bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.
You and your family will enjoy the collection of board games as well as a wide selection of books that we have in the condo. You will have plenty of room to cook the meals of your choice in the fully equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Your guests can sit and dine in the dining room or on the table located on the spacious deck.
The newly updated Straw Market is conveniently located next to Shipwatch Pointe--you can stroll the boardwalk into the stores which have everything you will need for your trip to the beach. If you need a bite to eat, enjoy the new restaurant Flip Flops - dine in, take out or eat al fresco on the boardwalk while enjoying live music; you also have the option of the pizza parlor or the ice cream shop. You can pick up necessities in the convenience store or rent a moped to zoom around the beach roads.
When you arrive on the pristine beach, you will have an opportunity to rent umbrellas and chairs from the lifeguard on duty if you choose. As you walk down the beach to collect your seashells, you can visit Ocean Annie's outdoor stage/bar where you can listen to live music being played each day, or you can walk onto the largest fishing pier in South Carolina: The Apache Pier. This pier is very unique as it has it's own dance area with live bands.
We rent to families and adults of at least 25 years of age. This condominium and its surroundings are just made for perfect memories. See you at the beach!!
