The Quinta Luna is the most prestigious building in Puerto Aventuras. It is postioned in an absolutely spectacular location and has the true ambiance of Mayan architecture in a private setting.
Quinta Luna is enclosed inside the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. It is a few minutes walk to the marina area to the many restaurants and shops. Quinta Luna is surrounded by its own exclusive private beaches and a long infinity pool. The private lagoon is perfect for swimming and kayaking. An incredible snorkeling area is directly in front of Quinta Luna off the reefs.
Our two-bedroom, two-bath unit is beachfront,ground level,steps from the infinity pool with incredible views. Recently re-decorated in Mexican and Mayan décor,including original hand-painted Mayan artwork with new furnishings, sleeps up to six comfortably, and has all the conveniences provided. Two TVs, DVDs, and CD availability, ice maker and water dispenser.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed, lots of storage, and marble master bath/shwr. The second bedroom has king-size bed and bunk bed for sleeping up to four. The tiled terrace in back is accessible from both the master suite and the living area and it is perfect for dining, stargazing, and lounging next to the beach and lagoon.
Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to full forfeiture of advance deposit or security deposit payment(s), and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, occupants may be required to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of all reservation payments. Quinta Luna condomium regulations allow maxium of six (6) occupants only.

Dec 01-Dec 18 & Jan 09-Apr 30 .. $300/night; $1500/week.
Dec 19-Jan 08 .................. $500/night; $2500/week.
Nightly Rates are Based on Three-night Minimum. Reservation deposit is 50% due
within 10 days. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment by: cashier's check,
wire transfer, or money order. Personal checks accepted if cleared within 10 days.
Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival date receive 70% refund. Cancellations
made 60 days or less are only 70% refundable if unit is re-rented.
