Directly on the beach!! This spacious, beachfront condominium is located in the heart of Redington Beach. Enjoy the peaceful sounds and views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining area, living room, or balcony of this direct, beachfront condo. Comprised of only 18-units, this complex offers a quiet, relaxed, low key, private getaway. The unit itself was remodeled in 2008 with all new tile and paint throughout. And, in 2009, the kitchen was completely updated with new corian countertops, cabinets and tile backsplash!
There are 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, lots of closets, and plenty of space for lounging in the living room. Outside the living room is the balcony, which overhangs the pool area and is only a stone's-throw from the ocean. The washer and dryer are located inside the unit.
The grounds are very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condo, and for children, there's a mini Redington Beach public park and playground directly across the street.

We have rented from Belleair to Tierra Verde{All along the gulf blvd.} over the last 12 years.Then we found this wonderful pad, feels like home{only BETTER} Now for the last four years we keep going back. Scott is so easy to deal with {that's important}. We will be back in 2012. Cheers
