Casa Puesta Del Sol (sunset house) is a delightful two level home well known for its sunset terraces and charming Mexican décor. Located in the residential area known as Costa Azul just across the street from the the north end of San Pancho beach, its hilltop location offers spectacular views of the crystal clear Pacific Ocean.
The downstairs consists of two bedroom suites; one king and one with twin beds, each with a private bathroom, air-conditioning and sliding doors opening out to a private ocean view terrace and private pool. The upstairs consists of a living/dining area, powder room, and full kitchen. The living/dining area has glass and wood folding doors opening up to an expansive terrace where you will relax and listen to the ocean waves and see the sandy beach below. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to cook fabulous meals, or, you can take a short walk to one of San Pancho’s finest restaurants, Mar Plata, where you can easily dine in its eclectic elegance and/or sip a tropical cocktail in the ocean view bar. |
