This beautiful one-level Southwest Style 2800 square foot vacation home is located in North Central Phoenix with stunning views of Squaw Peak and the surrounding Preserve. The open floor plan includes a large great room lined with french doors that open to a private patio. The spacious dining room and kitchen feature a wood-burning fireplace with access to the backyard oasis featuring a patio, lawn and private pool.
The large master bedroom opens to the pool and includes a lavish tile/stone/marble jetted spa with a walk-in glass block shower. The second bathroom is designed with marble and stone and features a tub/shower combination. Queen-size beds in two bedrooms, futon in the den (which opens to the pool) and hide-a-bed sofa in the third bedroom. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight, with high-end stainless appliances including a stove with two ovens. An extra refrigerator is located in the garage. Pool and patio furniture grace the pool deck.
Your sunny retreat is located two blocks from the Preserve, near Highway 51 and Northern, where you can walk, jog, or mountain bike the trails. Shopping, golf, baseball and cinemas are nearby at the Biltmore, Scottsdale, Desert Ridge or downtown Phoenix.

The home is centrally located and just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, Shopping, Fabulous Restaurants and the airport. I was a little concerned that there would be airline traffic noise being only 15 minutes away, however we rarely heard a plane and we spent a lot of time outside. The front porch is the ideal spot to have your coffee looking at the peaks in the morning. Afternoon by the pool was beautiful with full sun all day. The covered back patio was wonderful to take a break from the sun and still be with the family. We also got a lot of use from the gas grill. The home was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen surpassed our expectations with the items available. The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions and needs and the caretakers were very polite, helpful and respected our privacy. I would not hesitate to rent this home or any other home this owner may have. The attention to details was impeccable.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a beautiful, clean, well-maintained home located in a desirable area of Phoenix. We enjoyed the pool (which was warm and treated with salt rather than chlorine) and the outdoor living area. We also appreciated the well outfitted kitchen--it was just like being at home! Even the neighbors were friendly. When we searched for fine dining and entertainment we found much around the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort--less than a mile away. The home is also close to Hwy 51 so all attractions were very accessible. We found the owner to be very responsive to our inquiries. We will definitely return and recommend this home to other travelers.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
