This brand new 1500 square foot Condo is conveniently located one block from the famous Wildwood beach and boardwalk and the Convention Center. It is also located one-half block from tennis courts, a playground and a ball field.
It is complete with a large covered front porch, a sun deck off the master bedroom, four comfortably-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances and cooking utensils.
There is a private hot and cold outdoor shower within a fenced back yard. Ample parking is available for two cars in the garage and one car in the driveway. There is access to the kitchen from the garage.
Rental weeks are scheduled Saturday to Saturday. Check out time is before 10 a.m. and check in is 3 p.m. or later. We supply the bed pillows, blankets and comforters. Please bring your own sheets and bath towels. No smoking or pets allowed. Boats, wave runners and trailers are not permitted on the property.
