What a find and a great price for your upcoming vacation. With 4 decks in total you can choose any one to sit on and completely take in the sights and smells of the Atlantic Ocean, while reading your favorite book, having a beverage and watching the kids discover precious findings on the beach. This property is also within a protected area habitated by "Loggerhead Turtle nests." We can't think of a better way to kick back and enjoy the serene lifestyle Kure beach has to offer.
On the entry level floor is a kids bedroom equipped with 2 sets of bunkbeds and an additional full futon. The bedroom has wonderful views of the beach to entice the youngsters at bedtime as to what adventures lurk on the beach the next day. Also next to the bedroom is a bathroom equipped with a shower stall to completely cleanup after spending an enjoyable day on the beach.
On the second level is a gorgeous open space including the kitchen, breakfast nook, family room and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, ensuite full bath and a westward facing deck to enjoy the sunrise, if you happen to be awake then!
On the third floor is a spacious master suite with a lovely tiled ensuite bath equipped with a eastward facing jacuzzi tub and separate enclosed shower stall. The master opens up to a private deck with panoramic ocean views. As well, another westward facing bedroom equipped with a queen bed, private deck and full bath is located here. The washer and drier are found on this level as well.

My wife and I recently rented Bramhall by the Sea for a week. It wasn't long enough! Apart from the great vacation we had with the weather,(not a cloud in the sky all week) the home was everything it advertised. Comfortable, clean, roomy and in a great location. We woke every morning to the sun coming up over the horizon of the ocean; which you can see from your bed in the master bedroom One morning we watched a couple of dolphins swimming along the coast. Kure beach is a great location and the people very friendly. A short walk to the pier puts you near a number of restaurants or if you like to cook, the kitchen has everything imaginable. If you have a large family this house has the room to spread out. The three levels have bedrooms and baths on each so privacy is certainly not an issue. With four decks and a patio there's lots of space for your own quiet time. Our favorite was the main deck overlooking the ocean and beach. We couldn't write a review without mentioning the outdoor shower. It is both private and open. It looks over the ocean and has hot and cold water. What a great experience showering in the sun yet not being visible to others. The nearby aquarium is a half day trip and about a 10 minute car ride away. If you've never seen an albino croc., go there. I can't say enough about the house. Ray and Pam made themselves available but did not intrude. It was great and we plan on going back for a longer period.

Our family stayed at "Bramhall by the Sea" in May 2010. There were 4 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 2.) It was absolutely fabulous! There was so much room to spread-out. Our girls just loved the double-bunk beds. The master suite could not have been more perfect. The lull of the ocean just outside our room was fantastic. The proximity to the ocean was even better than I could have imagined. The ocean is just a short boardwalk away (probably less than 100 feet!) We loved that the property has a high-chair and sand toys, which our girls used frequently. There was plenty of seating in the dining area and living room. Everything was very comfortable. We felt very at home and would love to come back some day. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay at the beach.

We stayed at this beautiful ocean-front home this past week and we couldn't have been happier! The house had ample room for the kids to play and for us to relax. At night, we opened up the windows and doors onto the decks (there are decks everywhere!) and had an awesome cross-breeze and didn't even need the A/C. This house is in an awesome location- literally steps from the water and a short drive to the Fort Fisher Aquarium. The house was clean & comfortable, I would highly recommend staying here!

It was so wonderful to fall asleep to the ocean every night. The view was stunning, especially the sunrise. The house is well equipped with everything you need to cook, we didn't go to a restaurant the whole time. We are looking forward to a future stay.
