This new unit features brand new furnishings including KING SIZE MASTER BEDROOM SUITEas well as a QUEEN SIZE 2nd bedroom.The family room is comfortably equipped with a brand new couch,love seat, and cocktail table.Also included in the dining area is a new dinette set (table and 4 chairs). The counter top bar provides a cozy setting with two new very comfortable bar stools. Your rental includes brand new appliances (washer,dryer,side by side ice thru door fridge,micro wave,flat surface stove and oven) Also featured are a coffee pot,toaster/oven/broiler,pots and pans,service for 8 flatware,service for 8 dinnerware,service for 4 snack set,butcher block set of knives, and cooking utensiles. We want you to feel right at home so we provide new linens,bed ensambles,towels,bathroom amenties,and even hangers for your clothing. The VILLAGES AT ANTHEM feature a wide array of activities:Heated pool and spa.Also use of the country club restaurant,golf on prem. and use of all the parkside events for adults and children.
