Each cottage is freshly painted and decorated in a cheerful Cape Cod style. We have installed beautiful wood floors, new baths and kitchens. We are tucked away on a quiet lane but you can easily walk to restaurants, antique and gift shops, food markets, book store and bay beaches. We are also right on the bike trail where you can ride from Dennis to Wellfleet with stops in Nickerson State Park, ponds and ocean beaches. Two cottages have queen size beds. All have queen sleep sofas. Extra cot available. For a truly relaxing vacation, experience the ambiance of Old Cape Cod with the conveniences of today.

  • 8-15 thru 8-22-09 We had a great time! It was nice getting to shut off work and schedules for a whole week. The cottage was quaint and restfull. The owners were so helpful. Truly enjoyed our honeymoon. A special thank you for the DVD player.

  • We had a delightful 4-night stay during Oct. We biked in Nickerson St. Park which is very close; hiked and geocached there, too. Took a day to go up to Provincetown and another day to go to Chatham and Nauset. The cottage is centrally located on The Cape. Everything was in great condition and comfortable.

  • We had a wonderful stay at the cottages the beginning of Oct 2007. They are wonderfully maintained,very clean, and neat. Well equiped with everything you will need so like a home away from home. They are in a beautiful woodsy setting and very quiet with a convenient loacation mid-cape. Owners Evelyn & John were wonderful and very accomodating to our needs. We had a great stay and will return.

  • We had a great stay in cottage #45 in Brewster. Very clean and comfortable. It was our first trip to the Cape and we had a wonderful time. There is a lot of stuff to do nearbye and having the bike path practically in the back yard was wonderful. Hopefully we will be back in Brester again soon!

  • The cottage was just perfect for the three of us...great location, charming, clean, well-stocked, and very reasonably priced. Especially appreciated having the gas grill to use. The location is quiet and peaceful, with easy access to Hwy 6A, beaches and bike path...among many other things, we took in a Whitecaps game, went to Provincetown to whale watch (wow), had lobsters, visited the natural history museum, and spent a lot of time at the nearby beaches. Oh, and of course spent some time at the great little bookstore on the corner. Weren't sure what to expect, but we had fantastically wonderful and relaxing week--highly recommend!

  • We have just returned from staying in this lovely cozy cottage. It is the cleanest, neat and tidy vacation cottages we have ever stayed in. We were welcomed with lovely flower window boxes outside and every thing we ever needed inside. The owners really care about their property and provide renters with a memorable vacation home. Thank you for a great memorial weekend/2007, we shall return again.

  • From July 15 to 22nd, 2006 Lovely cottage in a quiet area where we fully enjoyed our stay... and we are planning to go back in the next summer vacations. Was perfect for the 3 of us. We appreciated the proximity of the beautiful bicycle path and the beaches (by the bay).

  • We had an enjoyable stay in this charming little cottage June3-June10. Nice for a couple or a small family of 3 or 4. Guests are thoughtfully cared for. It is clean, has all the amenities one could think of and is tastefully decorated with a comfortable, homelike feeling of the shore. Having never stayed at this end of the Cape before, it was fun to see the area we have heard about. Sadly, we only had one day of sunshine , but we were able to fill our time and build lasting memories. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable (even for the sunburnt!), and convenient - very convenient - and quiet, so rest was never a problem! Thanks for a wonderful opportunity to really enjoy what the Cape has to offer!
