Completely remodeled and removated as a special vacation retreat, this home in Old Town is located on a beautiful quiet street, just blocks from Napa's Town Center. Great for FAMILIES (children have separate wing in home and all bedrooms have TV/DVD players, desks, and reading lamps). Great for ROMANCE (Master Bedroom adjoins elegant bathroom SPA, with two-person Sauna, copper Japanese soaking tub, large open shower, antique French vanity, deep plush towels, and a stash of candles). The second bath has tub/shower and stained glass.
The backyard is VERY private and boasts a covered patio, heated by an antique gas heater, new large hot-tub outside Master Bedroom door, large entertainment deck with refrigerator, barbecue, eating area, bar, and dartboard. There is an outside shower (hot and cold water) on the Pool deck, and a new Conversation/Fire Pit, in a seculded area of the backyard, which is comfortably furnished with cement animal benches, and special long-handled Marshmallow & Hot Dog Roasting utensils.
The house is decorated and furnished elegantly. A perfect house for entertaining.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if cancelled with 2-months of arrival date. Full refund minus $100 if cancelled with shorter notice if property is re-rented. If the property does not re-rent, the security deposit only will be returned.
CLEANING DEPOSIT - none is required. If the house is left in the same condition it was upon arrival, and requires only 'normal cleaning' of floors, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, bed linens for two beds and one set of towels per occupant, then the entire refundable security deposit of $500 is returned. If the BBQ is used, the fee for disassembling and thoroughly cleaning it is $15. There is a Departure Checklist on the premises, disclosing customary charges for items left needing cleaning or restoring to proper places.
This rental is offered in compliance with Section 3604(c) of the Federal Fair Housing Act (visit HUD.gov), which prohibits a discriminatory preference for a rental based on Race or Color, National Origin, Religion, Sex, Familial Status, or Handicap / Disability.

- Pet Friendly: Please check with owner. Pets require an additional Security Deposit of $100, half of which is a non-refundable pet fee. A Pet Agreement is also included in the Short Term Rental Contract.
- Kid Friendly: The Pool Deck can be completely secured and locked from access by unsupervised children if desired. Also, there is an elementary school down the street with a wonderful playground.

SEPT & OCT; FEB thru MAY: Weekends $1,150 for 2 or 3 nights (Fiday, Sat, Sun)
Midweek: $325/night, $2,200/wk $3,800/2 wks $6,500/month
NOV thru FEB: $275 midwk nites,$850/wkend,$1,800/wk $5,500/mth. plus holiday rates
DEPOSIT $500 returned w/in 2 wks of checkout if home in same condition PLUS
1/2 rent+Sec Dep required to hold reservation. FINAL PAYMENT must be
