Princeville is a resort and golf community on the beautiful north coast of Kauai. The condo is in Alii Kai II, a group of seven two-story buildings of eight units each. Our end unit is on the second floor with a view of the mountains to the west, as well as a partial view of the ocean, just 200 yards away.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath and the second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. There is a queen-sized hide-a-bed in the living room. There are ceiling fans throughout and a balcony, ideal for sunset viewing.
The condominium is just across from the enclosed pool area that includes two gas barbecues, swimming pool, wading pool, and hot tub. There is an outer storage closet where we keep beach mats, chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear and water toys.
The grounds are fully landscaped and the buildings are completely surrounded by lawns and beautiful shrubs.

My wife and I are both retired and we purchased this condo in 1987. We have been coming to Kauai for over 20 years and it's still our favorite vacation spot.
We are transplanted Californians from the East Coast. I still do some consulting in the computer field and my wife, had her own advertising business for 10 years.
We are still very active and enjoy snorkling, boogie boarding as well as hiking and golf.
