Come and enjoy the seclusion of Clearwater condominiums. Tucked away from any highways or bridges it’s the perfect hide-a-way for rest and relaxation. Located between the eight and nine mile markers of the Big Niangua, you will enjoy calm waters for boating or wonderful fishing beds. The condo is located on the third level and there are only 6 steps to the front door. The third level also has the advantage of a covered deck just in case the weather brings rain. Facing East, you be able to enjoy the afternoons and evenings without the sun beating down on you. The best of everything!!!!

If staying in touch with work (dread the thought) is needed or just using the internet for browsing or emails, whatever the reason the condo has wireless at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
The condo was built in Summer 2005 and everything was brand new. Furniture, TV’s, kitchen items, washer/dryer….everything!!! A King pillow top in the master adn a queen pillow top in the 2nd bedroom will make your nights completely relaxing. The unit is completely furnished down to the barware, coolers and plastic glasses for the pool. Clearwater has 2 pools. Clearwater is one of the best and newest condos on Lake of the Ozarks.
The Niangua arm of the lake and what is under the surface is perfect for the fisherman. There are largemouth and white bass, stripers, crappies, walleyes and catfish. If one species isn’t biting another probably is. Crappie beds are installed under many of our boat slips. Bennett Springs trout fishing is only 45 minutes away.
Just minutes by water or car, visit Ha-Ha Tonka Missouri State Park and Castle ruins for hiking, biking and perhaps an opportunity to see bald eagles flying above. Photographers will enjoy the photo opportunities from the bluff's overlooks of Ha-Ha Tonka's springs and breathtaking views of the Ozarks.
Clearwater is only minutes away from Lake Valley Country Club and Old Kinderhook Golf Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf. In addition there are twelve other courses in the area. Some are designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Robert Trent Jones Sr., Bruce Devlon and Robert Hagge.
Ladies, how about a long weekend to get your Christmas shopping done at our many local specialty shops and the 120 plus stores on the Osage Beach Factory Outlet Mall. Spend one day at a local spa followed by dinner and a show at Main Street Music Hall. Then come back for the holidays or afterward for a romantic getaway weekend with that special someone.

Thank you very much, Jeff! We had a great time. Despite the incredibly warm weather, we were able to stay cool in the condo and in the pool. It was a very relaxing and comfortable week for us. The condo is very well appointed. We couldn't have been more pleased by the accommodations. Jeff is very easy to work with and communicates exceptionally well compared to other VRBO owners from whom I've rented. We had a very large group that was able to rent several units in close proximity. Jeff's unit was the most comfortable and in the best condition. We loved it and will look to rent the unit again on our next trip to Lake of the Ozarks. Thanks!!

We enjoyed this wonderful condo on Memorial Day weekend for a couples trip. It had everything we needed, the view was beautiful and all of the surrounding neighbors were so friendly. We will always keep this vendor in mind when planning another trip to the lake. The king size bed was so absolutely comfortable we didn't want to go back home. Each room has a bathroom attached which makes it a perfect fit for two families, couples, etc. Try it out for yourselves!!! You won't regret staying at this one :)

We were extremely impressed with everything, it had everything you could possibly want. It was spotless and well furnished. The condo complex was well maintained and the people were great.
