This Condo has a bed in every size! Master suite has a king, guest suite has a queen and the unique bunkroom has a full-size on bottom and a twin bed over it.. Plenty of room for everyone, comfortably sleeping seven.

Our family spent a week at the condo and enjoyed every day. The unit is very functional and great location. We were able to watch the dolphins off our deck each morning and walk the beach at sunset. Located about a 10 min walk to the pier, several restaurants and the aquarium. Something for every age. Destin is a short drive east over the bridge with shopping and several options for boat rides and kid activities.Recommended for: Families with young children.

First of all, what a beautiful view. This unit was everything we had been looking for.We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. Everything was fabulous. We couldn't have asked for any better. We were very worried about booking a unit online but after our stay I would absolutely recommend this unit. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR. Our vacation was absolutely incredible in this condo and resort! Our family decided that this particular condo was the perfect condo in all of the resort...there are only 2 on the 2nd level facing the ocean (none on the 1st) and this one had a view of both the ocean and the pool! Very convenient, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. The pool on this gulf side is much larger than it appears in the picture. We had to deal with a little seaweed in the ocean which I believe is fairly normal during the late summer months, but the beachfront of this resort was cleaned every morning and some days the water was very clear...seemed dependent on the weather. Overall, we highly recommend this condo unit and will likely be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We vacationed at 202 with our four children ages 11-5. It was a perfect place. Comfortable condo, beautiful beach view, and very close to the pool. The pool is very large and clean. The lazy river pool on the bay side is fun too. Kids liked having TVs in their rooms. Walking distance to restaurants and fishing pier. Pizza delivery to for moms who don't want to cook. Highly recommended for a great beach vacation! We would definitely go back.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Just returned from an amazing week at this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo! Went with another couple to celebrate my birthday and could not have had a better time anywhere. Beautiful view from the balcony, short walk to the pier and restaruants, lazy river with a view of the bay is just over the pedway and was my favorite part...we enjoyed it for hours at a time everyday! Kitchen has very modern appliances, the colors all blend together so nicely in all of the rooms. It's a short drive to Destin which has a lot of nice shopping and restaruants on the water, also took a short daytrip to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We are already starting to plan our next trip to Destin West Beach. Great memories...thanks for everything, it was truly wonderful.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Just back from an amazing week in Fort Walton! The resort was perfect for our family. Several pools to pick from for the kids and the lazy river was a plus for the adults. This unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and very well equipped for our stay. It was very easily accessible to the beach, pools, and parking. I would have a hard time going back to this resort and not staying in an end unit like this one, because of the perfect view! We were able to walk within minutes to the pier and boardwalk to fish, eat, and shop! Also, only a short drive to downtown Destin's restaurants and outlet mall. I would recommend this resort and unit to anyone staying in the area without any hesitation!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

As a repeat customer to this condo unit; we were just as pleased this time as last time. The location is absoultely perfect and peaceful, but just minutes from Destin. The facility is well-kept, family-friendly and has unlimited options with regards to relaxing in the sunshine. With the lazy river on one-side (bay side) and the beach on another, what more could you ask for? We met a lot of very nice families while we were there - it's definitely a great environment for kids of all ages. We can't wait to return next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, sightseeing.

Thanks for the use of your condo. We had a great time at your rental at Destin West. With so many pools my kids had a hard time deciding where to go next. The especially enjoyed the lazy river.
