Designed by Alex Krumdieck, this Four Bedroom/Three and-a-half Bathroom house includes spacious DUAL MASTER KING SUITES, each with private balconies, a total of eight beds, a third story loft and directly OVERLOOKS BEAUTIFUL WEST KINGSTON PARK (with groomed green, fountain and reading benches).
With features and finishes that include a 50-inch Sony Plasma HD television, indoor/outdoor speakers, mahogany doors, IPE floors, stone fireplace, floating staircase, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor hot/cold shower, this cottage will exceed all your expectations!
All bedrooms have HDTVs and DVD players. The kids room has a mickey mouse television and "retro" Atari equipped with 30 "old school" games!
Situated in the heart of the beautiful beach community of ROSEMARY BEACH and just steps to the world's most beautiful beach, and what Coastal Living Magazine described as "the most beautiful place in the world to view the sunset."
Each of the four bedrooms are very private. There are 8 total beds: a king in each master, two bunk beds in third bedroom and two singles in fourth bedroom.
Two very large upstairs balconies provide private space off of each master bedroom. Three oversized downstairs porches provide an additional covered outdoor eating space as well as an OUTDOOR DEN furnished with Smith & Hawkins sofas, chairs, ottomans, and tables that comfortably seat seven or more.
The outdoor stainless steel gas grill compliments the culinary grade kitchen. All the cookware you could need is available to you - including an oversized pot for boiling shrimp, corn and potatoes for your entire crew!
The tidy yard is fenced. The INDOOR HEATED POOL, the three outdoor pools, fitness facility, multiple playgrounds, childrens' play fountain, town restaurants and shops, and the beach are all close enough for children to reasonably walk. Bicycles are easily parked in an area at the front door and can be rented for a nominal fee. Weekends at Rosemary Beach often include a West Indian Market with arts, crafts, jewelry, and food vendors. Noah's Beach House has a two seater Radio Flyer wagon to assist you in transporting all those beach toys!

Why the Owner Chose Rosemary Beach
Rosemary Beach is beautiful walking community. Noah's Beach House shares a manicured park with a few other homes and is just a short walk to pools, town center and the beach. Although many mistakenly think they should rent South of 30A, you will find that Noah's Beach House is located in the absolute perfect location that makes for a safe and easy walk to the beach and other amenities within Rosemary. Moreover, our home is most special in that it has a yard and deep front porches that allow for a unique outdoor experience before and after you return from the beach.
