With features and finishes that include a 50" Sony HD television in den, indoor/outdoor speakers, mahogany doors, IPE floors, stone fireplace, floating staircase, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor hot/cold shower, this cottage will exceed all your expectations!
Master bedrooms have new Sony 32" HDTVs with Blu-Ray DVD and DTV Satellite, Luggage Racks, High Thread Count Italian Linens, Heavy Bath Towels, and Luxury Shower Heads.
The kids room has a festive Mickey Mouse television and DVD player!
Situated in the heart of the beautiful beach community of ROSEMARY BEACH and just steps to the world's most beautiful beach, and what Coastal Living Magazine described as "the most beautiful place in the world to view the sunset."
Each of the four bedrooms are very private. There are 8 total beds: a king in each master, two bunk beds in third bedroom and two singles in fourth bedroom.
Two very large upstairs balconies provide private space off of each master bedroom. Three oversized downstairs porches provide an additional covered outdoor eating space as well as an OUTDOOR DEN furnished with heavy wood Smith & Hawkins sofas, chairs, ottomans, and tables that comfortably seat seven or more.
The outdoor stainless steel gas grill compliments the culinary grade kitchen. The Big Green Egg charcoal grill cooks tenderloins and pizzas that are to die for! All the cookware you could need is available to you - including an oversized pot for boiling shrimp, corn and potatoes for your entire crew!
The tidy yard is fenced. The INDOOR HEATED POOL, the three outdoor pools, fitness facility, multiple playgrounds, childrens' play fountain, town restaurants and shops, and the beach are all close enough for children to reasonably walk. Bicycles are easily parked in an area at the front door and can be rented for a nominal fee. Weekends at Rosemary Beach often include a West Indian Market with arts, crafts, jewelry, and food vendors. Noah's Beach House has a two seater Radio Flyer wagon to assist you in transporting all those beach toys!

Had a great stay at Noah’s Beach House in Rosemary Beach. Fabulous décor, very comfortable and well appointed. Very efficient kitchen still accommodated our Iron Chef Rosemary Beach Ice Cream Sunday Challenge. Only potential challenge are the stairs/ladder to the 3rd floor loft (4th bedroom), especially when you need to use the 2nd floor bath. Overall would recommend highly.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house far exceeded our expectations! Everything about it was absolutely first class! Noah's Beach House was the perfect set up for two families with kids. Highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We moved into Noah's Beach House upon completing construction. Although we've moved to another state, sharing it with others has allowed us to keep and continue enjoying this unique and special home.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
Rosemary Beach is beautiful walking community. Noah's Beach House shares a manicured park with a few other homes and is just a short walk to pools, town center and the beach. Although many mistakenly think they should rent South of 30A, you will find that Noah's Beach House is located in the absolute perfect location that makes for a safe and easy walk to the beach and other amenities within Rosemary. Moreover, our home is most special in that it has a yard and deep front porches that allow for a unique outdoor experience before and after you return from the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The most notable benefit of this property is the private and enclosed yard and the large "green" area located in front of our home. Children can play on the green while you watch from the front porch, den or front master bedroom ... the "green" is enclosed by homes and is only accessible to pedestrians (no roads to worry about while you or your children play). The privacy, outdoor space, and ambiance of this location is far superior to the typical home in Rosemary Beach. If you are planning to watch a movie or sporting event, you'll enjoy the finest picture quality and viewing experience. We are avid college football fans and want the best viewing experience possible when we visit the beach! Our home has unique architect features and all the amenities are luxurious ... from Italian linens to state of the art kitchen and grilling appliances. You will LOVE this home. We hope you choose to stay with us!
