This beautiful condominium has it all! This attractive and inviting corner unit has a "you-have-to-see-it-to-believe-it" view of the ocean from the living room/dining room and the master bedroom as well as the large balcony that includes beach and lounge chairs. This is a very private and quiet corner unit on the top floor of a three-story elevator building.
The unit is right on the beautiful beach. The building just underwent an extensive renovation and it looks terrific! All doors and windows are brand new. The a/c in this unit is also brand new, quiet, and efficient.
A professional interior designer decorated the unit and renters love the decor.
There are two new, LCD tv's and two new dvd players. The unit also has wi-fi (no password required; just turn on your computer and access the Internet) and a CD player.

Free covered parking for two vehicles or boat. Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is only 25 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport and 30 minutes from the Jacksonville cruise ship port. Amelia Island is just South of the Georgia/Florida border and only 13 miles from Interstate 95. Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport is an excellent general aviation facility for private aircraft that is only minutes away.
Enjoy cool ocean breezes and an abundance of sunshine as you explore historic Fernandina Beach, including museums, playgrounds, parks, city pool, and tennis courts. Do not miss historic Fort Clinch State Park, less than five minutes away, where Union and Confederate 'soldiers' in full uniform delight you with information about daily life in the 19th Century during wartime. The condo was great, the area perfect and the oceanfront was beautiful. We stayed Labor Day weekend, and much to my surprise the beach wasn't crowded. The island is beautiful and great for relaxing and family fun. The condo was well equipped with everything you need and more. We saw a pack of dolphins swimming and armadillos roam freely. A state park is located within a few miles of the condo with a pier stretching out into the ocean. The owner and rental company were easy to deal with, very accommodating and the price was very fair. The view from the condo's deck is excellent with the ocean only about 50 feet away. This was a fantastic location and I look forward to coming back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
