Our beautiful home is located in Vasari Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida, just North of Naples. Its location is convenient to beaches, shopping and fine dining, as well as a wide variety of cultural and entertainment opportunities.
At Vasari Country Club, you will enjoy full membership in the Vasari Golf and Country Club. A full slate of activities and amenities await you, including an 18-hole championship course, 6 lighted tennis courts, a comprehensive fitness center, a swimming and spa complex, fine dining and much more.
Our home is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom detached villa located near the clubhouse. It has a living room, den, full kitchen, breakfast nook, south facing lanai and heated pool. The high ceilings and open-plan layout provide a light and airy feeling. Situated just off the fourth fairway, the lanai offers relative peace from golfers and has a beautiful view of the lake. Our home has been professionally furnished with fine furniture, ceiling fans, ample lighting and outdoor furniture, all of the comforts of home.
The master bedroom, which overlooks the lanai has a king-sized bed, TV and private bathroom. The bathroom is spacious and includes dual sinks, a large tiled shower stall, an oversized tub and make-up vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV and a private bathroom with tub/shower. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds, TV and is adjacent to the third bathroom, which has a tiled shower stall.
The living room has a comfortable seating area organized around an entertainment center with a TV, VCR and DVD player. The den area has a convertible sofa and a love seat. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a breakfast nook overlooking the lanai
The south facing lanai provides plenty of sunshine. The covered area has a dining table with four chairs additional seating area with two chairs and a ceiling fan. The uncovered area has two chaises and a large barbecue grill. The heated pool is maintained weekly to ensure it is chemically balanced and clean. .
All of the televisions are hooked up with basic cable. A wireless network is available as an option.
Our home is furnished and decorated on the basis that we will be spending as much of our time there as possible and will be relocating within several years. We are hoping for renters who will treat our home as their own with loving care.
