The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a TV room and a library. Appointed with luxurious furnishings and linens, the treehouse is as comfortable as it is unique. Situated on the west side of Whidbey Island with views across a wetland to the shipping lanes and mountains beyond, the back deck is a perfect place to take in sunsets and starry nights. A community beach and pool are within walking distance.
If you can bring yourself to leave the treehouse, there are plenty of activities waiting at your doorstep. It is just a five minute drive away to the Keystone Ferry that will take you to charming Port Townsend. Fort Casey is also a five minute drive and has an historic lighthouse and boasts west-facing views overlooking Puget Sound.
Fort Ebey is a 15-minute drive and has some of the most breathtaking hiking in Washington. The town of Coupeville is a ten minute drive and offers shops, restaurants, and expansive views across Penn Cove.
Other options for exploration include Deception Pass State Park, South Whidbey State Park, Greenbank, Langley, Bayview, and Double Bluff Beach.
