We had a fabulous time at Kiawah this year and your home was a big part of it. Everything was so comfortable and available and this gave us so many options for activities and eating. Specifically, we really took advantage of the proximity to tennis by playing everyday. The weather was fantastic so we didn't go into Charleston this year because we did not want to loose a beach day. Our bike trips exploring the Island were gorgeous as usual. We got to the beach nearly everyday and the pool nearly as often. We always enjoy the Rosebank Cafe and ate there twice, but our 6-year old daughter preferred eating at your home and learning to play Monopoly. As a result Freshfarms and the Eazst Village Market were perfect for either picking up something scrumptious or cooking a meal ourselves in your well- appointed kitchen. Your home was perfect for us and we hope we can stay there again next year. The only issue that arose during our stay was a problem with the front door lock. According to the maintenance guys, the deadbolt mechanism malfunctioned and had to be replaced. This locked us out for an hour or so but these things happen we know. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We really appreciated all the updates and luxurious details -- esp the linens and mattresses. We can't wait to return.

Your villas is fabulous and the bed was tremendous. No issues, golfed on Osprey Point, fantastic and played tennis a bunch. I don't remember if your web listing mentioned the proximity to the Sanctuary and tennis, that was a big plus and I think my earlier emails may have asked about the 17th hole relative to the other amenities...yes, we even had some pool time. Thanks again, perhaps will visit again, Bill

We had a great time on Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the villa; it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great, although we ate out a lot! Mike took advantage of the internet connection to check emails - you might consider getting a longer cord so one could work at the table. It was nice to be able to charge to the villa and pay when we checked out. It was a bit to cold for the pools which were closed when we were there for repair & painting. While we didn't mind, you might suggest that they allow guests to use the Sanctuary pool if it happens again. There were some unhappy guests at other villas. We went to the market for lunch, had dinner at Turtle Point Club and the Jasmin Porch (pricey), played tennis and a round of golf at Oak Point. Mike and Michael played tennis at Stono Creek, which was about a half an hour away - if you want more details, he can fill you in. We had nice dinners at Heges & Rosemont Farms. Our children had great appetites and enjoyed eating out!
