We have had guests from many European countries who have loved this holiday home, and any or all would be happy to provide references if you would like.
Every room of this luxury home has been tastefully furnished and decorated. The first floor has wood flooring throughout and consists of a spacious kitchen with dining nook and breakfast counter; a family room with fireplace, leather reclining furniture, DVD/CD player, and a new 42 inch plasma big screen TV; a library/bedroom with attached full bath, and also a dining room and game room with new pool table.
The second floor has three additional bedrooms including a master suite with king-size bed. The two other bedrooms are flexible to provide 2 more king-size beds or 4 dual twin beds.
Outside you can relax in a backyard surrounded by palm trees and greenery. A heated sparkling pool with built-in spa and lounge chairs will allow you enjoy the warm tropical sun. A covered patio will provide shade during the summer months and a stainless steel barbecue grill will allow you to use this home just as you would your own.

My wife and I live in Livonia, MI with our two children (16, 9). I work for General Motors and my wife is a High School guidance counselor. Purchasing this vacation home was the best decision we ever made as we have had unbelievable family memories both at the home and surrounding Las Vegas area. We plan to retire to this same home so you can be assured we keep it in the best condition possible. In addition to the Las Vegas Strip attractions and shows, our family has had many great experiences from the rest of Las Vegas and surrounding areas that we would be glad to share with anyone reading this profile. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
My wife and I rented a vacation home in Las Vegas for the 1st time in 2005. We enjoyed the stay with our family and friends so much that we purchased a similar home in August of that same year. We considered all the different areas of Las Vegas but the Green Valley community stood out as one of the two nicest areas. It is close to the Las Vegas Strip, airport, and even Lake Mead. It is also just a minute from great shopping, many restaurants, theaters and local attractions.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Most guests don't need any additional information about the Las Vegas Strip, shows etc. Owning this home has allowed us to experience the rest of the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas. Our favorite time is boating on Lake Mead during the summer! Water temperature of 87+ degrees and being surrounded by the mountains in the largest man-made lake in the world is breathtaking. We have toured and hiked Red Rock Canyon, Bryce Canyon and the Valley of Fire. We have also taken tours to the Grand Canyon. Imagine getting on a plane at 8:00am, flying and touring over the Grand Canyon, getting a tour bus ride through the Canyon while stopping at many scenic areas and finishing it off with a helicopter ride down into the canyon! All this and then you fly back home by 9:00pm that same night for about $150!. There is also plenty to do for the kids as our family has went horse back riding and visited a great zoo/western town Bonnie Springs Ranch and also have spent Christmas and 4th of July in Las Vegas,.

Wow...what a treat! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is decorated with a sense of style and class, yet homey and well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. We had not been back to Las Vegas in at least 15 years and given all the growth on 'The Strip", we thought we might be missing out by not staying there...quite the opposite! This property was the perfect sanctuary and peaceful retreat from the madness of "The Strip", yet close enough to get to, and close enough to get away from. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard patio, heated pool and jacuzzi. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy. We had several friends who were staying on "The Strip" while we were there, so we hosted an afternoon get together at the house,la and everyone was blown away by our accommodations and would consider renting it in the future. The property manager Donna was extremely helpful and gracious. Our only regret is that we were not there long enough to enjoy all the nearby surrounding attractions...maybe next time! Sincere thanks to the Gajors for the awesome accommodations!

This is a fantastic base to see Vegas, Hoover dam, Grand Canyon etc. We stayed with another family during August and had a great time. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay including the lovely pool and spa. I would not hessitate to recommend this property to anyone who wants a place to stay in Las Vegas. Its cheaper than a hotel and a lot more comfortable if more than 2 couples stay. Thanks Frank and Donna.

We stayed at the Sky Mountain Home in May 2008 for our daughter's graduation from UNLV. It was the perfect place to have a family open house. We had a GREAT time with the BBQ and the pool. The house was the perfect setting for everyone to be together. The beds were very comfortable. We were met by the house manager and they made sure all of our needs were met. GREAT PLACE!!! WE WOULD STAY AGAIN!

My family have just returned from a fantastic trip to Las Vegas. Staying in Franks house was the icing on the cake! It is everything you see on the website and more! I would highly reccommend staying here for a great family holiday. Frank and Ann were both excellent in ensuring our holiday went as smooth as possible, from Ann helping us with grocery shopping to Franks assistance with car rental, thanks a mill it was very much appreciated. If you are considering renting this property, don't hesitate for a minute, go for it, it is a great place to stay.

This was our first time using VRBO and I think we hit the jackpot. My son lives in Henderson and he was getting married and since we had the whole family coming to the wedding we decided to rent a house instead of multiple hotel rooms. We enjoyed our stay as much as staying at a hotel. We had everything we needed and more. My whole family enjoyed the pool and patio and what a plus to have a few rafts available. We stayed as a family in August and had a fantastic time . The villa and location is superb and ideal for both the Strip and day excursions to Red Rock Canyon , Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam . Nearby facilities are excellant and include several Malls , restaurants and food outlets. Having spent a day visiting The Valley of Fire , we have to say that this is a "must" for anyone visiting the area. The rock formations and scenery are breathtaking ! Excellant vacation and we certainly plan to return to Vegas and the villa . Also must remark that Frank was superb in his assistance in booking and facilitating the rental - Many thanks Frank !

Very convenient, clean, and worthy of a father and son's weekend together. It had all of the amenities that we enjoy while coming from across the country to hang out together at least once a year. We look forward to next year and thank you for providing all of the little stuff as well.
