Our two bedroom, two bath plus loft, Hawaii home, has been redecorated and features new furniture, linens, towels, and a unique décor. It is located on the third (top) floor and is easily accessible by stair or elevator. Vaulted ceilings lend a feeling of openness and light. Our lovely condominium is fully-furnished and equipped for your comfort and relaxation. There is central air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room for those tropical Hawaiian days.
Start your morning in Paradise with a freshly-brewed cup of Kona coffee and watch the sun rise from the covered lanai. Enjoy the stunning views of the Mauna Kea and Kohala Volcanoes as you overlook the fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. There are beautiful views from every room in this top floor unit. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances, dishes and cooking equipment and features granite countertops. All linens and towels are supplied for you and there is a washer and dryer for your personal use. There is a VCR and DVD player in the living room and TVs in the living room, master bedroom and loft. The Fairway Villas are an easy 20-minute drive north of the Kona Airport. The beautifully-landscaped grounds feature an infinity-edged swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and BBQ gas grills for your use and enjoyment. There is parking for your rental car in the gated complex.
The Villas are in an ideal location with easy access to the beach. The lovely Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay) is a white sand beach only a ten-minute walk from the complex. At A-Bay you will find ancient Hawaiian fish ponds and many opportunities to view incredible sunsets. Available at A-Bay are all water activities including swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, glass bottom boat rides, windsurfing, sea kayaking or just relax on a beach chair and enjoy the gentle ocean breeze. During the winter you may even spot a Humpback Whale.
Within a five-minute walk are the Kings' Shops. Here you will find fine dining as well as casual dining and many unique and exclusive boutiques and shops featuring art, clothing, and jewelry. Also located in the King’s Shops is a small grocery store, where you will find light snacks, alcohol and souvenirs. Enjoy an early morning cappuccino or latte as you overlook King’s Lake. Recently opened is the new Queens' MarketPlace that features a gourmet market, theater, restaurants and many new shops.
In addition, within walking distance are the Mariott and Hilton Hotels. There are numerous activities available at these hotels including Dolphin Quest at the Hilton, which features a monorail and Canal boats to tour the beautiful complex. For golf enthusiasts, the Kings Course and Beach Course are close by and offer discounts for our guests and a pick-up shuttle for a hassle-free day out. There are numerous wonderful courses on the island, all within a short driving distance.
The island of Hawaii offers a vast array of activities for everyone. Ten of the fifteen climatic zones are found here and you can go from a tropical beach to the top of a 13,796-foot mountain. The Mauna Kea, the tallest mountain in the world from the ocean floor features world renowned star gazing. You can even visit an active volcano or a tropical rainforest. The scenery is unbelievable with breathtaking valleys, waterfalls and amazing vistas. Everywhere you will see colorful flowers and trees that thrive in this lush tropical area. A must is a visit to the Botanical Gardens. Other numerous activities include, horseback riding, helicopter tours, a visit to a coffee plantation, black sand beaches and hiking on the active volcano to view flowing lava.

Aloha Carole, Once again, we had a great time on our annual visit to the Big Islanc and staying in your condo! The weather was awesome and we tried to enjoy every minute of it. Your condo is a convenient starting point for our many adventures around the island. It is clean & well stocked. We particularly love it because it's a top floor unit, has a fantastic view of the mountains and is in a quiet location in the Fairway Villas complex. We snorkeled every other day and even had the very fortunate and fabulous experience of swimming with a Manta Ray- the location is our little secret! We love our home on the mainland, but count the days until we return to Waikoloa and the Big Island. Mahalo!

Your condo had everything that we could have imagined. It was well equipped & very spacious. The condo was in a great location so that we could walk to the beach, restaurants & stores. You and the management company made booking a vacation thru VRBO very easy. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We loved the place! It was great to have everything we needed. It had all the amenities of a hotel, but much with much more space and for a better price! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again! Jared and Carlye
