Our family (total: 6 adults and 6 kids) spent one week in this villa. The house was wonderful---clean, spacious, well equipped, beautifully furnished and very private and quiet. The heated pool was a blessing. As promised, the home was very close to Disney parks. We spent 3 days at the Disney parks and 1 day at Sea World. It was such a pleasure to come home to relax and jump in the nice warm pool. The game room was an extra bonus that all the kids loved. Free wireless connection for all the laptops helped everyone stay connected with home and gain information for where we planned, also, my mom used the free long distant phone calls to chat with her sisters about the excitement every day. We really have a great trip! Thank you, Steven. We are looking forward to come back next year.

I made reservations for my entire adult softball team to make a trip to FL. The entire process was easy. Communication was great. The house was perfect for our group of 11. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was ideal for our daily trips to the ESPN Wide World of Sports at Disney. We make this trip yearly and will certainly consider re-booking for next year!

I am so glad that I made a right decision to choose this ideal place for our trip. We had a gruop of 13 staying in this house and every one loved it. The house was clean and spacious, all rooms were of generous size, especailly the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. Plenty of towels, plates and utensils etc. were provided. My sons loved their bunk beds, and my niece loved her princess room very much. Swimming pool were great and neat, our kids enjoyed swimming every day. The location was perfect (close to grocery store, restaurants, etc) and just a short drive to the Disney parks. Also the surrounding area was quiet and nice. The owner Steven replied my questions promptly and friendly during enquiry. Even after we checked in, he provided the helpful info. The only thing we disliked about the home was ---having to leave!! ha ha…

It is such a beautiful home! It had everything that we needed and it is actually out of our expectation. It was comfortable and spacious! Perfect for couples or families with children. The pool area is very nice, it is a great area to entertain or for the kids to swim and play. Kitchen and dining area were very spacious and had everything we needed! There are lots of space to spend family time together. The location is excellent, very close to attractions ( Disney Theme Parks, Sea World....) and convenient to shop. The house is very clean and very well maintained! We highly recommend this rental! We were so pleased with everything and we would definitely return!

we have stayed in florida villas for the past eight years .In august 2005 we had this villa it has the wow factor as soon as you open the door.only three words sum it up spacious,superior,luxury but best of all great value for money

After a long delayed flight to Orlando from Canada, Martin's house was a most welcomed sight. More space than any house we've stayed in before. I'm sure 3 families could fit in no problem. The rooms & beds were all comfy.(although in Canada, the basement bedroom would be considered a double sized bed, not a queen). The pool was so much fun for the kids. Martin kept it nice & warm for them. Also, any problems encountered, Martin was fast in having fixed. The nice big kitchen was great for cooking our meals, we hardly ate out. When coming out of Legacy park subdivision, you can turn right onto US27 & in about 7 min drive, there's a target & best buy. And if you were to turn left coming out of subdivision onto US27 there is a walmart supercenter about 5 mins drive. It's very convenient to many things, including disneyworld.All in all, Martin's house was the perfect spot for the perfect vacation!

We arrrived at our villa on January 16, 2011 for a 2 month + stay. All I can say is that we were VERY IMPRESSED. The house is spacious. Plenty of room for 12 people. Although we are only a party of 3 (retired) it is so nice to have a large home where everyone has their "own little spot." and plenty of room if we would want to have the grandchildren visit for a couple of days. One of my favorite things about the home is the large 2ND FAMILY ROOM on the second floor. It is equipped with a large TV and air hockey. An excellent place for the children to be while the adults are enjoying TV on the downstairs 62" screen or just relaxing in the formal livingroom/diningroom reading or visiting. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was close to the Parks (10/15 minutes) and if you are a "walker" you could walk to Publix and Applebees located in a small shopping plaza about 1 mile up the road. I walk everyday and there are excellent sidewalks and neighborhoods for my "daily constitutional." It is located in a very quiet, prestigious neighborhood and I have noticed it is patrolled quite frequently each day. We have been coming to Florida for the past 10 years for a 2-month stay and I must say, this is our favorite by far. We would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.....large or small family......you will enjoy it tremoundsly from the convenience, cleanliness, pool, and luxury.

We brought our entire family to Disney which meant we required room for 3 kids and three adults. This house had everything we needed with room to spare. The downstairs bedroom provided privacy and convenience to my mother who had just broke her foot, yet kept everything close by so she did not need to move around much. Our kids all had their own bedroom (which was a blessing) and gave them all privacy and comfort. Our master suite was great and had plenty of room to spread out all our clothing and necessities without getting in the way. Again, it had the privacy we needed and felt much like home. The amenities were very nice. The pool was a great hit for the kids after spending hours traveling in the car and the air hockey table was fun for everyone. There was plenty of necessary items (plates, bowls, etc.) and the ability to have a refrigerator and stove was a great value compared to eating out for a week. The laundry facility was also nice and kept us from having to do a weeks’ worth of clothes for 6 people after we arrived home. The location was very convenient and easy to get to and from Disney. For the price, this was an exceptional value and would recommend it to anyone who has a larger family and requires more space.

Our family group of 12 stayed in this home in March 2011. There was plenty of room for all of us with two of the children sleeping on an air mattress in the front room. The kitchen is nicely equipped and having towels and linens provided makes packing so much lighter. We choose not to heat the pool, and in March it was much too cold for the adults to go in, however the children loved the pool, heat or not! We did not spend a lot of time at the house since we went to the theme parks all six days of our stay. However, when we were there the house was plenty big enough and we all made time to enjoy the lanai and the air hockey table whenever we could. The commute to the parks was easy and fairly quick...... it generally took 10 to 20 minutes depending on traffic. Communication with the home owner was excellent. He is very pleasant to work with. We were all very pleased with the house and it's location and price.
