Memorial Day - Labor Day .. $2800/week.
After Labor Day-Oct 31 ............. $1800/week.
March - May and Sep - Nov ...... $800/weekends(two-nights).
$125 Cleaning Fee Added to All Rentals.
$500 Security Deposit Upon Booking.
1/2 Payment due two months prior to arrival date. 1/2 payment due one month prior
to arrival date. No rentals to anyone under age of 28. No ATV's allowed.
Absolute maximum occupancy is 10 people.
