We loved our stay at "our South Padre Condo". What a wonderful view to wake up to. The condo including you need to make your stay a fun and relaxing time.

We go to South Padre every summer. We we usually stay at a hotel but, with pets our choices are limited. My daughter researched and found this listing and after speaking with the owners I was ecstatic to find that they indeed allowed pets. They were so nice, friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. Upon entering the condo I was blown away with how beautiful it was. It's obvious the owners put alot of attention into the details and upkeep of their property. It's so beautifully decorated, updated, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were so soft. It was so convenient and nice having a washer and dryer to wash our beach towels. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and of course the beach. The first night we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Pier 19. The second night we had a blast at Pirates Landing. Good food, fun and drinks. The mexican bulldog is an amazing drink btw. The shopping was great. The condo was conveniently located. Enjoyed the Sea turtles. Can't wait to go back. We will most certainly stay at this condo again. I'm so grateful to the Schnees for allowing pets.

We stayed at Saida Towers 3. The place was beautiful. The condo was big, roomy, and like being home. Well stocked kitchen, big comfy beds. Bathrooms were recently remodeled.and very nice. This condo had a washer and dryer and made it so easy to wash beach towels and swim suits. It is also pet friendly. One of the things my family enjoyed so much was the big balcony that overlooks the pool areas and beach. We spent many mornings and evenings on the balcony enjoying the sun rise and set. The owners are very easy to work with and made us feel welcome in their condo.It is very easy to get to and a great location on the Island. We will definetly try to stay at Saida in this condo for our future visits to South Padre.

We stayed here for about 5 days with our immediate family and two kids. Upon walking into the condo it was obvious it was well loved and well taken care of. Everything just worked, I can't stress to folks going on vacation how important this is. Internet, TV, dishwasher etc. Not only did everything work, but it seemed like new. It had lots of space and was very affordable by comparison to other listings. The complex itself is great, several pools (kid friendly zones), hut for drinks, food and snacks, and the beach was absolutely great. We meet lots of really nice folks and our family as a whole came away with some great memories. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying at the beach.

WOW! What a wonderful long weekend we had in South Padre at Siada Towers. This condo was meticulously thought out down to every last decoration and detail. The bedrooms are very cozy and the view from the balcony is amazing! We could have stayed out there forever! We really appreciated being able to cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen just as if we were at home. The location is great as well… when we wanted to go out and get a taste of the beach town, we were minutes from tons of wonderful options. Truly a birthday to remember, we will be back to this fabulous home away from home!!

Thank you so much for the times you all have let us stay at your condo, its fantastic, the balcony view of the beach is beyond words. The beds are very comfortable, the whole condo is perfect very home like, just feels like home. Kitchen has every thing you need, pools are great and refreshing for this hot weather, my girls enjoy playing at the tennis courts. Staying at your condo is a life time of good memories can't thank you enough. Hope to come back soon!! :)

We burnt in the sun, played in the surf, dipped in the pool, soaked in the hot tub and shelled along the beach. Oh yeah, the guys fished also. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your place. For anyone staying here the Friday night sunset cruise includes a fireworks show. It was the best time.

This condo was perfect for our stay and was in great condition. The owners have done a wonderful job with the interior decorating! I definately will refer this to others and keep in mind for myself in the future. Saida really is right on the beach with all the amenities you want, but mostly the unit was spacious, clean, stylish, and had a great view. We hope to come back soon, because our 3 night stay was not enough and the children wanted more days! :)

Seven of my friends and I rented this condo for spring break this year. Tracy was very flexible and helpful in the rental process and and a good deal of knowledge about the surrounding area. The condo itself was perfect for us, slept 8 comfortably, fantastic view and great furnishings. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in staying in South Padre, whether you are looking for a spring break trip or a relaxing vacation. Thanks again Tracy and Chris

The wather wasn't that good was kinda cool but really enjoyed the stay; the view from the balcony is beyond words. Wish we could have stayed longer but have to head back to work. As usual, for the 3rd year in a row, we enjoyed our stay in our beautiful unit. The weather did not cooperate the majority of the time but our stay here was nice anyway. Our doggies love it here, as its "a bit" warmer here. Your truly have a beautiful view here! We love to be able to look out and see what's going on at the tennis courts and the pools. We will be down here again next winter!

From Guest Book: WE are fist time renters and truly enjoyed SPI and your lovely condo. We did everything from fishing, golfing, wildlife, national park, going to Mexico and just enjoying the pool. Also, enjoyed happy hour at many places; Steamers, Wahoo, Big Donkey, Palm Pavillion; lots of laughs! We recommend WindJammers for dinner and the pub next door for crab races at 7pm Hope to be back soon to SPI and the condo again.

Than you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! We had an amazing vacation. The weather was beautiful all week. EVerybody really enjoyed their first visit to SPI. We had a blast on the beach, enjoying all of the spring break events. A few of us went parasailing for the first time. That was awesome. The island has a lot more to offer than we expected. The resturants, shops and bars were all really good. There was never a dull moment. We really appreciate all the little things in the condo. We are so glad you gave us trash bags, towels, plenty of blankets, etc.! It made our lives easier and vacation more enjoyable. Out of all the condos we saw, yours is by far the nicest! I can't tell you how nice of a time we had! Thanks for everything.

The condo has been great! It was everything we expected and more. With 8 girls you can imagine how much room we all needed. The weather wasn't great but thanks to your blender we stayed occupied with strawberry daquiries. Wow, it looks like we were here nearly three months. We truly enjoyed our home away form home. Your made it seem like home. The terrific job of decorating and picking out new furniture, thanks to Tracy! The weather was the greatest of any winter we have ever experienced down here....you both are great owner and landlords, always making sure things are going well here. Thanks so much for your pet friendly attitude too. Its great to bring our 2 doggies to such a nice place. We'll again live here for another winter in 2009! We're looking forward to it again. Thanks again for everything!

We played tennis and I finally beat my husband for the first time ever, on the the 3rd day. So I'll probably always remember that day. We have no children so ti was great that you allow pets. It was our first vacation with our new dog and it was a new wonderful experience to walk him by the ocean and hang out at the Wahoo bar and grill.
