Casa Mariposa has two units available for rent, a one-bedroom unit (third floor) features a covered, open living and kitchen area with a large bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a private bathroom and sleeps up to three people.

The two-bedroom unit is on the second floor and has a full kitchen, living area, and small patio. Both feature beautiful tile and custom woodwork. Indoor/outdoor design patio with great seating area. Rooms feature ceiling fans, high ceilings with arched brickwork, and ceramic tile throughout.

Centrally located just a three minute walk to beach or town on level streets. There's lots to do or do nothing at all! Walk to the beach for a sunset cocktail or shop in town.

Property managers are on-site and can take you out for boating excursions to see some of the best secret spots around.

Close to great restaurants with a small mercado just 1/2 block away for snacks and beer. Right next to Macondo Restaurant, two blocks north of the sport field. Close to the best left break in the area!

Sayulita is a great little village; quiet with nice restaurants and places to hang out. . .

  • We just loved this second story apartment. Everything is immaculate and perfectly new. Gorgeous tile and wood work. Delightful, private porch and everything you might need. The upstairs and downstairs tenants (also cartakers) were very helpful and took care of all our needs. Even though right in town, the design of the house assures quiet and privacy. Don't let the informal financial arrangements put you off, everything was just perfect for us. We'd definitely stay here again.
