The property has been beautifully maintained for the past 3 years. You won't find anything as nice and western styled in Mumbai. The apartment sits right above a beautiful mangrove nature reserve and the ocean. Provides a quiet atmosphere away from the bustle of Mumbai's busy streets. Ocean views from two of the three bedrooms and the living room, with a gorgeous private patio to sit on and watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. 3 Full Baths each with Marble or Granite Flooring and counter tops. Full amenities are provided, along with soaps, shampoos, etc. The apartment is owned by German Americans, and will be provided as a full service apartment during your stay. Our staff (who speak English) will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the house. We will include a car and driver during your stay (you are responsible for gasoline) to assist you in handling your business and personal needs. We will also provide an on-site cook and cleaning person to assist you during your stay. They can prepare any meals that you will need, can handle all grocery shopping, and he is one of the best cooks in Mumbai! The unit also includes cable television (BBC, CNN, HBO, etc.), free high speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), and an on-site computer for you to check e-mails and surf the Internet, as needed. This unit is being rented as a full service hotel/apartment. You will be provided with all linens, amenities, tea in the mornings, full breakfast, etc. You will be pampered beyond your dreams! Imagine a 5 star hotel feel with the comfort of your own home and a full staff to help you during your stay. The unit is located 5 kilometers from the airport and squarely between New Mumbai and Downtown Mumbai (Colaba). The property is owned by a German/American couple and has been meticulously cared for and maintained. We can provide additional services which you may need or require listed below for an additional fee: Services: * Can offer a local mobile phone during your stay. We can arrange for this number prior to your arrival so you can share it with others. * We can arrange for a full bar or local wines as you need them prior to your arrival. * You can use our car and driver to travel throughout India, if needed. We prefer long term rentals. We also price based on number of bedrooms used.
