We have three apartments available all in the same building (2°, 3° e 4° floor – with lift). Just a few steps from the famous Steps (Piazza di Spagna), favourite meeting place of romans, artists, famous people and tourists alike, is the scenery for this magnificent "triade" of apartments; with similar features, adjacent, can fit up to 12 people all together.
Two apartments, recently renovated and equipped with air conditioning, are made up of bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom with Whirlpool shower and small cooking corner. The third apartment, located on the 4th floor, is made up of two bedroom each with queen size bed, bathroom with bathtub and small cooking corner.
Detailed Description of each unit:
Spanish 2 - (2° floor)
Entrance: long hallway with walk-in closet and equipped bookshelf
Cooking corner: small equipped cooking corner
Bedroom: queen size bed with drawers for blankets, a chest of drawers, armchair.
Bathroom: the ensuite bathroom is divided in two separate areas, on one side there’s the Whirlpool shower and washing machine while on the other there’s the toilet, sink and bidet.
Living room: large area with table and four chairs, a comfortable queen size sofa bed, china closet, TV, DVD.
Both living room and bedroom have independent A/C units. There’s parquet flooring in every room as well as Internet Wifi connection.
Spanish 3 - (3° floor)

There’s parquet flooring in every room e as well as Internet WiFi connection.
The apartments can be rented individually or in groups of 2 or 3 depending on availability. Each one can fit up to a max of 4 people. All three units can reach up to 12 people. This is an ideal solution for a large family or group of friends who wish to spend their vacation together while still maintaining a certain level of privacy and intimacy.
Location:
Located in one of the most elegant areas in central Rome, just a few minutes from Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Via Veneto. A strategic point to visit Rome. All the more important historic and architectural sites are reachable on foot, or by subway(line A), such as Piazza del Popolo (where you can rent bikes...), The Trevi Fountain, or The Pantheon. In this area you can find the most prestigious italian boutiques: Valentino, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, the list goes on and on. Some of the city's most elegant and famous Hotels are all also in easy walking distance from the apartments
