The River House in Parker, Arizona is great for relaxing with your family or friends at the river. It is located in Moovalya Keys, a unique gated community built on canals off of the Colorado River. The River House has its own dock running the length of the property. Huge windows in the kitchen and family room provide a water view. The River House has a large covered patio, creating a comfortable place, sheltered from the sun, to relax, enjoy friends, and watch other boaters cruise up and down the canal.
The River House is a place to be comfortable and have fun. It has a huge kitchen table and a pool table to gather around.
The River House comfortably accommodates 8-10. The master bedroom has a king size bed. An additional bedroom has another king-size bed. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and a double bed. There are also three futon sofas. There are two bathrooms plus an outside shower.
Summer visitors enjoy boating, jet skiing, water-skiing, and wakeboarding. Winter visitors enjoy riding motorcycles and ATVs, hunting, exploring nearby ghost towns or just relaxing. There is fishing on the river year round. There are several boat ramps in Moovalya Keys, and a public launch ramp nearby.
The Bluewater Casino is about 3 or 4 miles downriver. Lake Havasu is about 30 miles upriver.
