The marvellous Villa Palm Garden offers a stylish environment & exclusive facilities for discerning visitors. Within few min with your private boat (optional) you can reach the open sea without having to cross a water gate. The villa (260m²) is located on a property of 1600 m², surrounded by palm trees - ideal for children. The villa lies in the south of Cape Coral, western orientation, situated at a wide canal. Close to the house, dolphins & shoals of fish romp about. The large living area, the open kitchen with breakfast nook & the pretty dining area all face the large panorama glass façade. The 3 bedrooms (a: king-size bed, b: king-size bed, c: 2 single beds) offer space for 6.
The villa enjoys cable TV in all rooms & at the pool area. There is fast wireless internet, mobile Ipod/Iphone docking station & phone/fax. The pool area and the pretty landing stage with large Tikki Hut invite you to sunbathe & relax. There is German-speaking assistance on site. Palm Garden... what else.
Our villa is located in a sought-after, calm residential area of Cape Coral, surrounded by great palm trees, close to the yachting club, directly at the Gulf of Mexico. The closest airport Fort Myers is about 30 minutes from the house. The idyllic but also modern city enchants visitors with its many freshwater and saline waterways. 420 miles of waterways criss-cross the city, that gave Cape Coral its nickname 'Venice of America'. Cape Coral is a paradise for sun lovers that want to enjoy a relaxing and varied holiday. The prettiest beaches of the world like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island invite to sunbathe, collecting shells and water sports of every description. Numerous shopping centres, outlet stores, restaurants and golf courses can be reached by car within few minutes. There are also lots of trips that children love. Cape Coral is the ideal starting point for discovering Florida's variety.
Boaters: This house is ideal for boaters, since you can reach the open sea without crossing a water gate within short time (about 7 min). From there, you can explore the marvellous islands of the region; its beaches are considered within the prettiest in the world. In & around Cape Coral: Cape Coral is lively and friendly and offers possibilities for boating, fishing and water sports, golf and tennis. Regional food is offers in excellent restaurants, just like food from all over the world. The numerous sports facilities and nature reserves lift the life quality to a level that is without equal. Due to the great year-round weather, you can be sure to be able to recharge your batteries. For children and the entire family, there is a water park, the Bat-A-Ball Family Fun Park, as well as the Thomas Edison Museum. For one day outside of the city and more adventures, try Busch Gardens in Tampa or Walt Disney World in Orlando. For adults, there is the large “M” Boat Casino Yacht, a 'Speed Ferry' to the Florida Keys, Oktoberfest, air-boating to explore the Everglades. We rented this villa with the boat for two weeks, both of which were well kept and very clean. My husband and I loved the Tikki Hut were we sat for breakfast and also evening drinks. From the dock we were lucky enough to see dolphins nearly every day – FANTASIC!! We had a great time and would fully recommend this villa and boat. Nach Ankunft in Miami fuhren wir mit dem Mietwagen zwei Tage später über Naples nach Cape Coral. Dort hatten wir für 11 Tage eine Villa mit Boot gemietet. Zu unserer Freude fanden wir alles so vor, wie es beschrieben war. Alles topsauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und direkt an einem Kanal mit kurzem Weg zum Gulf. Das "Helferlein" vor Ort wies uns am nächsten Tag in alles ein inkl. Boot und war bei Fragen telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar (kompetent und freundlich). Sehr nette deutsche Betreuung! Für nächstes Jahr schon wieder gebucht! Das saubere und ordentliche Haus ist weiter zu empfehlen! Auch das Boot im gepflegten und sauberen Zustand, alles gut! Viel Spaß in Cape Coral, übrigens im Haus liegt eine Umfangreiche Selbstgemache Broschüre, mit Sehenswürdigkeiten, Super Restaurants, Ausflugsziele, Shoppingcenter, Ärzte (teilweise Deutschsprachig) u.s.w., sehr Interessant!Owner response: Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung...

Super Urlaub! Die Villa ist sehr groß und top gepflegt. Der Vermieter und die Hausverwaltung sind sehr nett. Es wird sich um alles gekümmert, sei es Bootseinweisung, Hausübergabe etc. Das Haus hat ein perfekte Lage. Mit dem Boot ist es nicht weit bis zum offenen Meer. Der Steeg läd zum Angeln ein ;). Manchmal kommen auch Delphine vorbei. Der Pool ist klasse und wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Der Whirlpool rundet alles, gerade bei einem kühlen Bier und bei warmen Sommerregen lässt es sich hier so richtig relaxen. Der Urlaub war der absolute Oberknaller. Traumhafte Lage, super sauberes Haus und sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt vor Ort. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Kinder konnte man kaum noch aus dem Pool bekommen und mit dem tollen Boot haben wir traumhafte Ausflüge zu den Inseln vor Cape Coral gemacht. Herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter, schon 3x wohnte ich in der Villa. Im November 2010, im September 2011 und vom 15. - 24. Juni 2012. Schon beim Erstenmal war alles genial. Aber es gibt immer Veränderungen und Neues zu entdecken. Was soll ich sagen, Lage und Ausstattung perfekt. Zu jeder Jahreszeit ringsum blühende Pflanzen. Ganz toll ist die neue Terrasse im Gartenbereich. Hätte nie gedacht, dass Delfine bis in den Kanal vors Haus kommen. Unglaublich aber wahr. So stellt man sich das Leben in Amerika vor, selbst die Straße vor der Auffahrt in die Garage ist von Palmen gesäumt. Man fühlt sich wie im Film,(Miami Vice-fehlt nur Don Johnson:)), erst recht wenn man Bootsausflüge zu türkisblauen Stränden (Sanibel-Captiva-Gasparilla) unternimmt. Wir haben vom 5. bis zum 19. Oktober unseren Familienurlaub mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in der Villa Palm Garden resp. auf dem dazugehörenden Boot verbracht. Die Lage der Villa, die Einrichtung, der Pool, der Garten und die Gegend sind sensationell. Man erreicht mit dem Boot in Kürze das offene Meer und auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und auch die Vertragsgestaltung / -abwicklung, haben wir mit dem Vermieter als sehr angenehm und unkompliziert empfunden. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter sehr weiterempfehlen und werden unseren nächsten Floridaurlaub auch wieder in der Villa Pam Garden verbringen.Owner response: Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung! ...im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Palm Garden verbracht. Über den großzügigen Garten haben sich vor allem die Kinder gefreut, da genügend Platz zum Fußballspielen war. Mein Mann und ich haben es abends sehr genossen unten am Bootssteg mit einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Mein persönliches Highlight waren natürlich die täglichen Delphin Besuche im Kanal. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details, super gepflegt und gut in Schuss. Hat unsere Erwartung weit übertroffen, man merkt, dass der Vermieter das Haus auch selbst nutzt. Die Lage ist sagenhaft für Boater, sehr kurze Wege, die Umgebung ist wunderschön ruhig und entspannend. Der Kanal ist schön breit und das Beobachten des "Feierabend-Bootsverkehrs" vom Tiki aus mit einem Glas Wein in der Hand im Sonnenuntergang vermisse ich jetzt schon...... Der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend und gemeinsam mit dem Verwalter konnte das aufgetretene Problem, dass das Boot defekt war, zufriedenstellend gelöst werden - Danke auch an Ralph D. auf diesem Wege.
