  Thank you for the use of your condo this past month (from Nov. 12th-18th). Angela and I enjoyed it immensely. The views were great and we got some excellent pictures of Kauai just from the condo and The Cliffs Resort themselves. The ammenities allowed in the condo made for a very relaxing, very comfortable honeymoon. Also, being able to use the pool and spas in the resort itself was a plus. The staff at the resort were very helpful and always so kind. Thank ya'll once again for the use of your condo, and we hope to be able to use it again the next time we go.

  clean, quiet, really comfortable bed - slept great, nicely furnished with all the things you need to go to the beach provided, conveniently located. Would return without a doubt.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

  This condo more than exceeded our expectations. While the photos promised a nice place, there is no way a photo can make you “see” how cozy and welcoming this condo was. From the tasteful and comfortable interior decorating to the fully furnished kitchen/laundry and the high end patio furniture, it truly was a hale away from hale. We also highly recommend going to the property orientation as the yoga classes we signed up for set us up for a very grounded comfortable experience of good health and wellness.   We had a great time while visiting the property. The condo was clean and well decorated. The balcony table looks out on the beautiful grounds and on the ocean. Everything was as good or better tan we expected. We would not hesitate to rent the property again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  My wife, daughter and granddaughter stayed at Mark and Patty's condo a total of 3 weeks. We loved every minute of it. All of it was just as described in HomeAway. Had views of ocean and all the beautiful grounds at 'The Cliff's'. It was close to everything in Princeville and Hanalei too. We will definitely go back to this condo. Bill & Judie Arizona

  Our stay for the week was the rainiest week of vacation that we had ever had in our life! We were shut off from the rest of the island for a large part of the week by mud slides and rivers flowing over the roads. All I can say is that i am SO glad that the condo we stayed in was one of the nicest condo's we have ever stayed in! All the "extra's" and the accomidations were top notch. I can't wait to try Kauia again and when i do it will be at this condo. Thank you Mark and Patty for a great RAINY stay in your condo. Randy and Debbie Linkenbach

  Dear Owner(s): My wife and I would thank you for making our short stay in Princeville very memorable one; we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home in the community of Princeville. It was very comfortable, relaxing and fully stocked. We loved the breeze and waking up to the birds and sitting out on the lanau looking at the waterfall.   Aloha! Thank you, we had a great time and the condo was perfect! We were totally comfortable and happy at The Cliffs. Saw tons of whales! Our boy loved the pool and playground - and the beaches of course! The staff was great as well! We miss it already! We would love to return next year. Thank you again! Marisa

  My husband and I shared this 10 day vacation with our best friends. The condo was very comfortable for two couples , it made us feel at home. Though the second bedroom is a loft, it is VERY large and my husband and I fell in love with this being the perfect room for us. Our friends loved the master bedroom accommodations with it's own lanai. The kitchen was fully stocked to include all the spices needed to cook. Stainless applicances/granite countertops. This was very important to us since we both love to cook. We picked up fresh fish a couple evenings at the local fish market (Dolphins at Hanalei).....a must do - take out or eat in (we did both several times - best fresh fish in Kauai). Breakfast on the lanai was beautiful with the local birds visiting to sit on our railing every morning. The location, The Cliff's, is top shelf and the view of the landscaped grounds and ocean were breathtaking. We will return . We traveled the entire Island and we are very glad we chose Princeville and this condo was the perfect one for us! The best vacation we ever had!!! Don't hesitate..this is the one

  We ended up in this unit when our original rental turned out to be poorly maintained. There is a clear attention to detail. Furnishing were high quality and clean. Well stocked kitchen, and an outdoor bbq downstairs in the little park. There was not a water view, but the surroundings were tranquil and the people at The Cliffs are friendly and helpful. We would definately be back to this unit!
