Our stay for the week was the rainiest week of vacation that we had ever had in our life! We were shut off from the rest of the island for a large part of the week by mud slides and rivers flowing over the roads. All I can say is that i am SO glad that the condo we stayed in was one of the nicest condo's we have ever stayed in! All the "extra's" and the accomidations were top notch. I can't wait to try Kauia again and when i do it will be at this condo. Thank you Mark and Patty for a great RAINY stay in your condo. Randy and Debbie Linkenbach

It was very comfortable, relaxing and fully stocked. We loved the breeze and waking up to the birds and sitting out on the lanau looking at the waterfall. My husband and I shared this 10 day vacation with our best friends. The condo was very comfortable for two couples , it made us feel at home. Though the second bedroom is a loft, it is VERY large and my husband and I fell in love with this being the perfect room for us. Our friends loved the master bedroom accommodations with it's own lanai. The kitchen was fully stocked to include all the spices needed to cook. Stainless applicances/granite countertops. This was very important to us since we both love to cook. We picked up fresh fish a couple evenings at the local fish market (Dolphins at Hanalei).....a must do - take out or eat in (we did both several times - best fresh fish in Kauai). Breakfast on the lanai was beautiful with the local birds visiting to sit on our railing every morning. The location, The Cliff's, is top shelf and the view of the landscaped grounds and ocean were breathtaking. We will return . We traveled the entire Island and we are very glad we chose Princeville and this condo was the perfect one for us! The best vacation we ever had!!! Don't hesitate..this is the one

We ended up in this unit when our original rental turned out to be poorly maintained. There is a clear attention to detail. Furnishing were high quality and clean. Well stocked kitchen, and an outdoor bbq downstairs in the little park. There was not a water view, but the surroundings were tranquil and the people at The Cliffs are friendly and helpful. We would definately be back to this unit!

We spent our time mostly at the gorgeous beaches and took time to do a heli ride, snorkeling and eating fresh local fish! We hope to come back soon and hope you have us. Enjoy your next stay! Our family of four spent a week in July, 2010 at this condo and loved it. Beautiful wood and slate floors with cathedral ceilings add to the open feeling of the condo. There was always a wonderful breeze with the two sliding doors open. The location is great with a shopping center close by for groceries and souveniers. The condo is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Our two teenage girls had the upstairs to themselves with plenty of room. Lovely furnishings and great amenities. When not out enjoying the sites of the island, there is always something to do at The Cliffs (ie: swimming, tennis, putting green etc). I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a vacation with lots of extras!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Classy and comfortable

This has to be one of the nicest condos in the Princeville area. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcome and at home. The decor is lovely, comfortable and relaxing. Even the patio furniture on the 2 lanais is a cut above most. The kitchen is well equipped and I truly enjoyed cooking the variety of fresh fish, vegetables, and fruits available on the island. We have already booked for next year and plan to return as many times as possible in the future. This is the kind of place we have looked for in the past, but could never find....until now. The owners are wonderful people and a joy to work with. We now consider them friends and thank them for sharing this little piece of paradise with us. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, classy place to stay on the beautiful island of Kauai.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Stayed in this condo March 2007. It was a perfect spot for our family of five. The condo was well furnished, up-to-date and clean. It is located close to a grocery store, many restaurants and of course plenty of golfing spots. Princeville is such a lush, beautiful place to stay on the North Shore. Several places to slip away to the beach, the condo was even equipped with beach toys and backpacks. The owners were easy to deal with, we even decied to stay a little extra time. We simply called and they worked out the details. It was great!! We are so thankful to have found this place. If we have the privaledge of returning to this beautiful island we will definitely look for availability in this condo first!

The views were great and we got some excellent pictures of Kauai just from the condo and The Cliffs Resort themselves. The ammenities allowed in the condo made for a very relaxing, very comfortable honeymoon. Also, being able to use the pool and spas in the resort itself was a plus. Four couples vacationed at the Princeville Resort this spring. We rented two condos, one oceanfront and one with ocean and mountain views. We assumed we would spend all our time in the oceanfront condo but the reverse was true. About halfway through the ten days, we discovered everyone was much more comfortable in unit #109369. We breakfasted each morning on the east lanai, enjoying the rising sun and the spectacular mountain vista with its myriad of waterfalls. While there was nothing wrong with the other condo’s basic furnishings, unit #109369 was clean, fresh, beautifully decorated and appointed with all the little details that distinguish premium vacation accommodations. We enjoyed gourmet cooking, the entertainment system, and close proximity to the tennis courts, BBQ, putting green, pool and spa. The furnishings, right down to the linens and tea towels, were first-rate instead of the more utilitarian ones typically found in rental units. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will most certainly be back.

Condo is immaculate, complex is convenient and clean and Princeville hotel and Hanalei Bay are easily accessible. Stores are a short distance away . Views are incredible.
