Mit dem betreten der FEWO weiß man , dass der Urlaub einfach nur Traumhaft schön wird. In der FEWO " Sun KIss" ist alles sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet worden. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Es ist alles vorhanden was man brauch ( Riesen Küche , tolle Möbel und es steht eine WillkommensTüte bereit mit einer kleinen Überraschung :-) ) Die Lage ist perfekt ! Nur über die kleine Straße huschen, schon ist man am wunderschönen weißen Sandstrand. Von man am Abend auch Delfine sehen kann . Einziger Nachteil an allem ist , dass die Zeit dort viel zu schnell vorbei geht . Fazit : Unvergesslicher Urlaub an einem wunderschönem Ort , in einem sehr schönem Ferienhaus ... Wir kommen wieder ....Owner response: Wir haben ein Ziel: Unseren Gästen für die Zeit Ihres Urlaubes ein "Zuhause" zu bieten!

Wir hatten das Glück, dieses wunderschöne Juwel einer Ferienwohnung zu finden. Es war ALLES perfekt !!! Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank an unserer freundlichen, aufmerksamen Vermieter !! 3 Wochen konnten wir in der liebevoll und traumhaft eingerichteten Wohnung verbringen. Schon beim ersten Betreten fiel uns auf, das hier mit Stil und Geschmack gestaltet wurde. Wir strahlten vor Glück. Es war alles vorhanden, wie in einem Haushalt. Es fehlte an nichts. Es ist sehr sauber, wohnlich, gepflegt, gemütlich und wir fühlten uns rundum geborgen - wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, gleich gegenüber vom weißen Strand. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Menschen. Alles lief zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Bradenton Beach auf Anna Maria Island ist ein charmanter, kleiner Küstenort, der zahlreiche Aktivitäten bietet. Wir können Florida Island Beach House auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen 2013 auf jeden Fall wieder.Owner response: Von Herzen Danke. Es war eine Freude sie als Gäste zu haben. Thanks so much for a wonderful week! Your home was a perfect place to stay, just a short walk to everything. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting seashells and watching the sunrise. Absolutely beautiful! Our 2 college age kids enjoyed biking, boogie boarding, going into town, and of course your wireless internet. We will definitely come back again. Thanks so much,Did you find this review helpful? We want to thank you for the use of your home. We enjoyed our week on "AMI" immensely! We would love to come back in the future and stay with you again. Everything was comfortable and so enjoyable, so close to the beach, private and spacious - it was perfect for the 4 of us. We really loved "AMI" and can't wait to come back and explore some more. We stayed here for 15 nights that were terrific. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were very close to the beach and a short walk to Bridge Street. There was a very helpful book with area attractions and resturant info in the house. It was very easy working with the owners, who were always informative and pleasant. Bereits die freundliche „Begrüßung“ durch das Welcome Package und die Getränke im Kühlschrank waren eine schöne Einstimmung auf den Urlaub. Das Florida Island Beachhouse war komplett neu renoviert und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet worden. Es fehlte an nichts und es war sehr sauber. Ein tropischer Garten mit Grill, Liegen und einem Tikihut lud zum Verweilen ein. Vom Porch konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Der endlose Traumstrand liegt praktisch vor der Haustüre. Wir haben uns bei JUST 4 FUN ein Boot und Kajaks gemietet. E s gibt am Ende der Straße einen kleinen Bootsanleger der in die Bay geht. Die Lage ist einfach ideal. Die Insel ist an dieser Stelle keine 100 Meter breit, sodass man Bay und Meer vom Porch aus sehen kann. Die Bridge Street ist nicht weit entfernt und lädt abends zum Bummeln ein. Bars, Geschäfte, Minigolf, Live Musik etc. Der kostenlose Insel Trolley (Bus) hält keine 100 m entfernt und bringt einen über die ganze Insel und zurück. Wir sind oft mit den Fahrrädern unseren Einkauf erledigen gewesen. Unser Tipp! Absolut empfehlenswert… p.s. wir haben schon wieder gebucht.Owner response: Herzlichen Dank.
