Our Manasota Key two-bedroom beachfront luxury condominium has spectacular Gulf beach and sunset views. Pelican Landing offers quiet solitude or, if you prefer, abundant amenities and activities such as boating, jet-skiing, kayaking, sailing, golf and dining nearby.
Pelican Landing is a Gulf-to-Bay, two-story complex with elevators, heated pool and spa on the Gulf and a private lighted tennis court. There is also a clubhouse, boat slips and a fishing dock on the bayside. Step off the elevator and onto the wide, white, sandy beach for walking, shelling, swimming, fishing, sunbathing, reading, napping and enjoying spectacular sunsets! The dock on Lemon Bay is a great spot for fishing day or night. Welcome to Florida's best kept secret!
Our clean, comfortable condo has ceramic tile floors throughout the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. The screened lanai has a bar height table and seating for four so you can enjoy sunsets in luxury! The condo is completely stocked with linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach/pool towels, coolers and even some beach toys and noodles! So just bring your clothes and personal items. There are three TV's, DVD/VCR's and a CD/Cassette stereo system.
Don't be surprised to see a Loggerhead turtle or Manatee swimming at the beach. Manasota Key is a natural haven and breeding ground for many wildlife species. You can explore Stump Pass State Park and its wildlife sanctuary, hiking trails and excellent game fishing. Nearby attractions also include historic sites, museums, art galleries, live theatre, movies, the Mote Aquarium and downtown Englewood's cafes and art galleries. Your choices for dining include elegant waterfront restaurants to quaint seafood or barbecue restaurants.
Manasota Key is only 35 minutes from the Sarasota airport and 75 minutes from Fort Myers airport. Within a two and a half hour drive, you can see Florida's finest attractions including Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center.

We just returned from Manasota Key and I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much we loved staying at your beautiful beachfront condo. We loved every minute of our stay from waking up in the mornings with the heavenly views of the ocean to watching the spectacular sunsets from your balcony in the evenings. I also want to compliment you on how well your unit was equipped – we wanted for nothing. Your condo had everything we needed and much more. Manasota Key was a most relaxing and peaceful place, and your condo is a gem. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation and I want to thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo.

Hi Sheri, I had planned to write you as soon as I got home but............. We had such a wonderful time. We relaxed, played games, shopped and ate. I think October is a wonderful time to go to the beach as it wasn't as hot. The ocean was a little too cool for me but the pool was great. Everyone we met there is just so friendly. We have only been here one day - but we are so glad we did not cancel!! We had concerns about the gulf with the BP oil spill, but rest assured, this beach is beautiful and clean!! We are enjoying everything about this beautiful beachfront condo. It has all the amenities needed for a great vacation - beach toys for the little ones, comfy beach chairs for grown-ups and just a few steps to the beach! We have already enjoyed two beautiful sunsets on the lanai while dining on food we cooked here in the fully equipped kitchen (had everything I needed!). We will spend another day on the beach tomorrow - we promise to leave some shells for the next vacationers. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!

Just wanted to thank you for sharing your beautiful condo on the beach in Florida with us. We enjoyed many walks on the beach, shelling, swimming, watching sunsets and the moon on the ocean. We have stayed in this condo for 2 summers soon to make it a 3rd and love it. We have been going to the Manasota Key area for many years and love Pelican Landing for it's convenient pool access from the beach. Not many places in this area have pools this nice, basically on the beach. The condo itself is nicely appointed and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone wanting a nice relaxed vacation in a slow laid back community close enough to big attractions but not too close.

I wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Landing. Everything in the unit was perfect and we took advantage of daily walks on the beach. Also, especially enjoyed the Stump Pass Beach State Park and the historic Englewood eateries. Nice place. Thanks again. Everything went off without a hitch.
