The bird-life is abundant and diverse. There is plenty of space in this large home situated on the Bay in Los Osos.
This wonderful, non-smoking, single level home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished to provide all the creature comforts.
The Central Coast offers a widely diverse number of attractions and special events. San Luis Obispo County is famous for its award winning wineries, pristine beaches and spectacular scenery. You will find "Farmer’s Markets" in Los Osos on Monday afternoons, Morro Bay on Thursday afternoons and in San Luis Obispo on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Special events include the Oktoberfest and Junefest in Baywood Park, as well as Mozart Concerts. Art in the Park, Harvest Festival, Car Shows, Boat Parade, Whale Watching Expeditions, Deep Sea Fishing and Surfing Competitions are hosted in nearby Morro Bay. The community of Paso Robles hosts an annual Wine Festival and the Midstate Fair. All this plus much, much more.
Whether you like to hike, bike, or kayak, you will find plenty to do in Los Osos. Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Surfing, Diving, Boating, Sailing and Windsurfing can all be found here on the Central Coast.
Los Osos is the gateway to Montana De Oro State Park, one of the most breathtaking of the California State Parks. Montana De Oro offers hiking, beachcombing, equestrian trails and camping. It is not widely known that Winter has the same average temperatures (70 High, 50 Low) and is actually more often clear than the summer season. Winter is also usually more peaceful and quieter in the nearby park areas.
Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, (two have private baths) and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. A washer and dryer are provided as well as an iron and ironing board. The “Top of the Line” fully equipped kitchen is a Chef’s delight with all stainless steel appliances. There are blow dryers in the bathrooms. Linens are provided and housekeeping for longer stays can be negotiated.
