This centrally located living space (1200 sq ft) is situated in a wooded, downtown, well established residential neighborhood. Complete with a large lush yard and deck, it is accessible to IH35, nearby bus routes, UT shuttle, and Town Lake hike and bike trail.

Remodeled in 2005, with a fully equipped kitchen/dining room adjacent, laminate wood flooring on the lower level, carpeting on stairs and upper level and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have adequate closet space, and individual access to their respective bathrooms. Sleeps 4 privately plus a twin air mattress and double sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Wireless internet is available. You may park in the carport for access to your temporary living. The back deck is adjacent to the dining area and is equipped with a small patio table and chairs.

The yard is completely contained and ideal for pets. The perfect place for your "home away from home" experience in Austin!

  • Great place to rent if you need to be downtown a lot and have a dog. We fit both categories. Being close to downtown was important because Austin is way behind the times in handling traffic. Also I am a runner and this was real close to one of the best runing courses in the world. The hospitality from our landlord was top notch.

  • "My family got together to celebrate Thanksgiving at this location. I could not have been happier. The kitchen was easy to work in and our dinner turned out wonderful. The beds upstairs were awesome! So soft and comfortable. Everything was clean, the deck outside with the nice table and chairs offers a very nice place to relax and enjoy some Austin charm. My family thought it was such a nice place for all of us to get together. We all felt right at home. I would recommend also because of it's location, it's so easy to get to just about anything fun to do in Austin."

  • Wow! What a great place. Everything you need for your vacation or business trip. The duplex gave us a true "home away from home" while attending a week-long conference. The deck is wonderful for enjoying a quiet meal. The convenience of high- speed, wireless internet access can't be beat. And, perhaps best of all.... the beds are so comfortable.
