This beautiful home, with exquisite Southern view offers every conceivable luxury and comfort. The 5-bedroom house is made to meet your highest standards! You will feel and see the great quality of this house.
This house is built mid 2004 and furnished at the end of the same year. It is located on a salt water canal with Gulf access.
The lanai is fully furnished with 10 chairs and 2 tables. A TV under the covered lanai and a great BBQ grill invite for an outside living and for a great dinner. You will find your own private heated pool.
The house has an open floor plan and gives you a tropical feeling. The living room, formal dining area and nook are very Floridian decorated. This area and the kitchen got tile floors.
Your formal dining table seats 8 guests, while the nook offers a cozy table for four chairs.
The bedrooms have comforting wall-to-wall carpets. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in the second master bedroom. The additional three guest bedrooms offer a queen-size bed, 2 twin beds and 2 twin beds.
We installed 6 additional TVs inside the house, you also find for your convenience 3 DVD players and a home theater. The biggest TV in the living room is a 56 inch.
Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped and you don't even miss an exclusive glass for a good Champagne or bottle of Bordeaux.
You will find a oversized washer and dryer in a separate laundry room next to the double garage.
