If you haven't yet heard about Pier Park, it's an awesome new entertainment and outdoor shopping mall. Tenants include a huge, state of the art movie theatre, Dillard's, JCPenney, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Hofbraus Beirgarten, Back Porch Seafood Grill -- and it's right down the street from Emerald Isle! In addition, Emerald Isle is less than 20 minutes from the new Panama City Beach Airport!
This luxury unit at Emerald Isle is Gulf front and located on the seventh floor with incredible sunset and ocean views from the huge 10 1/2 foot X 28 foot gulf front balcony! Have breakfast while watching the sting rays and dolphin from your balcony!
There are two bedrooms, two full baths, and a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. Both the living room and master bedroom are gulf front and have access to the largest balconies on the beach (270 square feet). The Condo has crown moulding, nine foot ceilings, ceramic tile flooring, and a spacious floor plan (1146 square feet).
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has cherry cabinets, granite countertops and counter bar seating. The Condo is professionally decorated with a tropical beach theme.

Amenities abound at Emerald Isle. The resort features two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor/outdoor pool to keep the kids busy on rainy days. For the adults, there is a huge 20 person hot tub for relaxation. Add to that a sauna, a steam room, and an exercise room overlooking the Gulf so you can workout on the treadmill while watching the dolphins. Additionally, there are two stainless gas grills for grilling out burgers or steaks. There is also covered parking.

This past July was our 3rd time staying at this condo. The summer of 2010 I made the mistake of booking a rental at Splash, and knew before that vacation was over that we would be returning to Emerald Isle. This condo is clean,has a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, and the owners are great. I have even considered returning again for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have been to the gulf cost a few times and I consider this unit one of the best values. The unit was more than comfortable for our family of 4. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The unit was very clean and everything worked perfect. Close to but far enough away from all the busy parts of the area. One of the places we really enjoyed was the Home Made Ice Cream place nearby.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We had a great time and the condo could not be any closer to the beach! The pools are also located very close to the room which is a plus when you have small children. Highly recommend this rental.

Wow! This condo right on the beach is simply fantastic, very clean, roomy, quiet, private, and yes, a HUGE balcony. A wonderful relaxation and napping place to "get out of Dodge" and wind down. The view is spectacular - and I have pictures of gorgeous sunsets to prove it. God will make one just for you - have your camera ready. Galatians 2:20.
