Come enjoy beautiful Lake of the Ozarks from our covered dock with swim deck or from one of two decks. Bring your own boat -there is a ramp and marina less than 1 mile away. The 13MM of the Big Nianqua is a great spot to set sail from! All of this quiet luxury and yet town is a convenient 5 miles away! Splash at Big Surf Waterpark or explore all the nearby attractions, golf courses, music shows, outlet mall, AND MORE.
Then take refuge in the comfort of a 3000-plus square foot home in an upscale lakefront community. This home is set in a nice yearround family neighborhood. Gracing the main level is the tastefully decorated great room complete with wood floors and gas fireplace. The master bedroom with king-size bed and large bathroom is only a few steps away. Upstairs a queen-size bedroom and den with sleeper sofa share a full bath. Then, downstairs invites relaxation with a second fireplace and wet bar. There is lots of room for sleepy heads down here with two more bedrooms and another full bath. One bedroom has twin beds while the other has two sets of bunk beds.
The home is perfect for family get-a-ways and the area has something for everyone! This is not an ordinary rental house - this is our home. We love to talk about the lake area - please call for vacation ideas! All this hospitality and a good value too. He don't "hide" any fees and we provide a good supply of neccesities (soap, detergent, ....)

Why the Owner Chose Camdenton
We choose this location because our oldest son and his wife and family live nearby and we wanted a great place to call home when we visit. The quiet side of the lake was just right for going for a sunset cruise on the boat and it allows us to get away from it all.
Some of the nicest hiking and sight seeing around. Definitely walk up to the castle!

Our "real" life is in the Chicago area. But we have always loved to travel and we love to get away to the Ozarks! As empty nesters, we built this home to be able to have holidays and vacations with all our kids (and Grandkids!).

"You went out of your way to make sure we had a great vacation and it was appreciated. The recommendations you gave us were fantastic - we loved Ozark Caverns, Larry's on the Lake and of course, Windemere. This was a great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this handsome and very comfortable home. The pictures don’t do it justice – the house is inviting, quite nicely decorated, well-kept, and very spacious with plenty of room for our two families (4 parents and 5 kids) to eat a big meal together around a large table, and do a variety of activities inside the house, both together and apart. The kitchen is well supplied, and is very easy to cook in. We enjoyed the dock and the nice lakeside patio where we could watch the kids swim. We also appreciated that the house is on the ‘quiet side’ of the lake so there’s no constant traffic as we’re not experienced boaters. The renter was very gracious with plenty of suggestions about things to do and the best places to eat – her river float suggestion for a relaxing way to spend an afternoon was a huge hit – we had a great time. We’d like to return soon – it’s simply a wonderful place to stay.

We really loved your home and enjoyed the lake! The convenience of everything being so close made it easy to enjoy everything. Our 2 yr. old was so excited he didn't want to leave!
