This beautifully furnished luxurious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom pool home is ideal for the guests who are looking for that perfect Disney vacation. Luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout by an interior designer, our home will sleep 12 people in comfort and style. Air conditioned and heated throughout with free wireless internet and free International calls. At Emerald Island Resort you can escape from the crowds, save on traveling time but still be only 2 miles from Disney. If you are trying to choose a villa from many others available then choose the location of this luxury vacation villa. There are 4 master bedrooms all with bathrooms en-suite plus 2 twin bedrooms, a further 1.5 bathrooms and will sleep 12 in comfort. There is your own 30 foot private pool and spa which is not overlooked by any other villa to the rear giving unobstructed views over a conservation area. The games room has pool, Foosball / table soccer, air hockey and darts. Guaranteed to satisfy everyone.

Swimming Pool Area: The villa offers a 30x15 feet pool with spill over hot tub that can be heated if need be. The deck area has been extended to 40 x 30 feet to offer ample sunbathing space. There are 8 chairs and two tables for that drink or meal outside and 6 sun loungers. A lanai (porch) measuring 40x10 feet offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house has 1600 sq ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. A gas barbeque is also available if requested at the time of booking.

Emerald Island Resort: Emerald Island has been designed as a peaceful enclave in one of the most exciting vacation locations in the world. You approach it on a winding, palm-lined road and a colonnaded entrance, complete with a playful dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda.. Indigenous plants, decorative flowers and grasses add to Emerald Island Resorts unique impression of place. Emerald Island Resort is located less than three miles from Disney, making it one of the closest vacation rental home communities to Disney in the Orlando area.

Hi Paul We would just like to thank you for letting us rent your Villa from 8th September through to 22nd September. We had a wonderful time and the facilities especially the stroller and cot you provide helped to make our stay even better. The villa was in a perfect position for travel to and from the parks and with a little one in tow this helped make the journey home a lot happier! The games room and pool area helped provide a rest from some of the parks and we even invented gator-watch after seeing an aligator in the lake at the back! Hopefully in a few years we will all be travelling back to Florida together and would love to rent your home again. Thank you for helping to make our Florida holiday very special. Hi Paul, I just wanted to send a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our trip to Florida. the house was amazing!!! It was so nice to come home to in the afternoon/evening. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the space. It was really nice to have the barbeque as well. This was one of our best vacations, in large part due to the accommodation. Jan Townley

The house was immaculate and even better than we expected with enough space for our party of 12 to either congregate together or spend some quiet time alone. Only 10 minutes from Disney which allowed our younger children to rest back at the house during the afternoon so that we could go back to the parks at night. Do not miss the Disney Parade. The pool and lanai area were fantastic with uninterrupted views over the conservation area. If you want value for money this beats a hotel any day.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
