It is a third floor end unit offering lots of light but with light filtering draperies when you want to sleep in. In addition to all the amenities listed below, we have three TVs, a 27-inch flat screen in the living area with front A/V inputs and DVD/VCR and a TV in each bedroom, with a DVD/VCR in the guest room also. Have coffee on the balcony overlooking the tennis courts and enjoy a short 150 yard walk to the beach. THIS BUILDING IS THE CLOSEST TENNIS VILLA BUILDING TO THE BEACH. For your convenience we have stocked the villa with four beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, toys, books and games for the kids and adults, portable high chair, and over 50 movies. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and for those of you who cannot leave your work at home there is FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET.
