Leave the stress of everyday life at home. Your vacation begins the moment you step into the front door of this lovely villa. The third floor end unit offers lots of privacy. It is airy and bright but with light filtering LINED draperies when you want to sleep in. In addition to all the amenities listed below, we have three TVs, a 27-inch flat screen in the living area with front A/V inputs and DVD. and new wall-mounted TV's in each bedroom, with built in DVD's. No fumbling with strange equipment. Have coffee on your private balcony overlooking the tennis courts feeling the breezes and listening to the waves. Enjoy a short 150 yard walk to the beach. Wind down with beverages or cocktails on the balcony. Indulge a little too much? Saunter over to the gym for some additional exercise. This is your time. You earned it.
THIS BUILDING IS THE CLOSEST TENNIS VILLA BUILDING TO THE BEACH. For your convenience we have stocked the villa with four beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a new beach cart, toys, books and games for the kids and adults. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and for those of you who cannot leave your work at home there is FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET. LINENS AND STARTER KITCHEN AND TOILETRY ITEMS ARE PROVIDED. All you need are a swimsuit, a beach towel, and tennis gear. We even added two new tennis rackets for your use.
RENOVATIONS includes new tile flooring in the living areas, new carpet in the BR's, new paint, sofas and tables, lighting, kitchen counters, marble and glass tile kitchen backsplash, bedding, art, draperies, balcony furniture, large rolling stainless steel topped kitchen island and a new queen size Sealy Posturepedic Reserve Plush mattress that is extremely comfortable; not too firm, not too soft. Goldilocks or the Princess of the pea story would be happy. This unit is definitely one of the best looking and equipped units in the complex. The villa is professionally maintained and cleaned. We have our own bed linens and fluffy bath towels. You are not using linens that have made their way around the island.
The kitchen is fully stocked, not the typical mismatched items you find in a vacation home. Should you ever find someting amiss, let us know and we'll have you purchase it, and reimburse you promptly.
Our bathrooms are pristine. The master bath has a jetted tub should you be sore from biking, tennis, or anything else that you enoyed that day.
For families with children, a new PORTABLE CRIB and a high chair is available for babies.
Free boat parking right outside our building in a spacious separate lot. For those without boats, we can dream.
Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis RESORT is located on one of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island. The resort offers many amenities and is especially family friendly. And the newest addition to our family of excellent restaurants, Gatorz PIZZA handmade on site at reasonable prices. (It is fabulous). Free summer delivery to the villa door. The beach restaurant and bar serves excellent sandwiches and great drinks you can eat and sip in your bathing suit. Thursday is a hoot with Karaoke. Coconutz Sports Bar and our new Bali Hai have become favorites of locals and visitors alike.
You would never have to leave the resort unless you want to explore the many other culinary delights, shopping (did I mention the word "Outlet") and nature/biking HH Island has to offer. If you visited many years before, you will find it as beautiful, if not more so. Take a kayak tour, a dolphin tour, or other water sports of your choosing.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and our first experience with VRBO. We couldn't have been more satisfied. Our villa was lovely, clean and had everything needed for a home away from home. For a group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers, there was plenty of room for all. Beds were so comfortable. They even had beach chairs, umbrella and various beach toys for kids. The resort property was also very nice. A short walk across the parking area to the fabulous beach, pool, and outdoor bar. The owners are very welcoming and informative. We definitely recommend this villa to family/friends and will be back again! Thank you!
Owner response:Someone once told me that you should never downgrade from your residence on vacation and our policy is to make sure our villa maintains the high standard we have for our home in PA. Our guests are always encouraged to tell us what they missed in the villa, and that will surely appear there in a week or so. So far, no one missed anything.

We visited Hilton Head for the third time this June and had a wonderful vacation. The condo is neat, clean and very convenient to the beach and pool. Everything you need is in the condo just need clothes and beach towels. It saved us a lot of packing. The resort itself is beautiful and well kept and you can't beat the large pool at the end of the day. We will definitely be back.

This villa was amazing!!! My sister owns a one bedroom villa and we have been going to the beach for about five years now on July 4th. This year we needed to rent our own because we have a baby. My standards are high because my sister renovated her place and it is what we were used to. We rented this villa and from email communication, to check in, to check out, and every thing in between, the process was seamless! The villa itself is truly the closest two bedroom tennis villa to the beach! The place was open and airy and was decorated just as a beach villa should be! The bathrooms and the kitchen were modern and stocked with every supply you could ever think of. We were able to cook every day and not spend so much money eating out! Okay so this is a little crazy, but extremely important...the owners provide their own linens vs. Using the cleaners. This means they are super snuggly and comfortable just like you would have for your own home. I haven't heard of any of the other villas doing this and it makes such a difference. Overall, the experience was amazing and wonderful and we will be renting it again!!!!!

My daughters and I drove down and stayed for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time, and we can't wait to go back! The condo was clean and owners were great! Condo is a short walk to the beach, huge pool, and wonderful restaurant by the beach.

We stayed in this condo with our 2 year old son, and loved everything about it. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook many meals (we were able to make 3 meals per day for our son for an entire week!). The condo was very clean upon arrival, and everything was comfortable and cozy. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes, and the playground is only a few buildings away. The condo is perfectly situated toward the middle of the island, so all shopping and dining is very close by. The owners were very helpful prior to the trip, and even accessible by phone during our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to everyone. They even have free wi-fi!

We had a great last minute trip to Hilton Head, and stayed in this beautiful condo! The owner's were so very accomodating, and helpful. The condo is clean, inviting, and very well stocked! I felt like I was in my own kitchen cooking meals. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the furniture. The condo has a nice "Pottery Barn" feel to it! The beach and pool are a short stroll from the condo, and the owners provided beach chairs...all we really needed to bring were our bathing suits, and beach towels. This trip was an excellent way to end our spring break! Thanks Judy!!

Renting vacation properties can be challenging and as such some owners aren't prepared to spend the extra time and money to create a special place. We just get the nicest people who treat our home as they would their own so it is ready for you when you need your vacation spot.

We stayed at the condo for only 3 night, 4-5-11 to 4-8-11. Wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The beach was a short walk away and the beach chairs that was provided really came in handy. Took a short walk to Carrabba's and had an excellent dinner. Great all around experience!

My family loved this condo! Everything was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were decorated so nicely and the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner provided beach chairs, games and shelves of books. The beach was just a short walk away and the large pool was great. The Convention Center had a pool table which my husband and sons enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend. Thanks Shelly!
