Fun Week at the Beach

We stayed at this condo the first week in April. The weather was very nice and warm for that time of year. The condo was very nice. It was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in and we've stayed in alot. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've ever had. The condo was fully stocked with everything you may need. There was nothing we wanted they didn't have there. I will say, if someone is staying here and they are not in fairly decent shape or can't do stairs alot they may need to look for a condo on a lower floor. The stairs aren't so bad except when you are unloading your car, or carrying groceries, or doing laundry. We needed the exercise so it wasn't so bad. We would stay here again if we came back to Hilton Head.

Owner response:Once again, only guests can give a true review of a vacation villa. We strive to provide a place to unwind and enjoy the beach and other activities HHI has to offer. Regarding the stairs, my husband had two hip replacements and doesn't mind the stairs. We prefer the quiet of the third floor end because no one is walking by or over you.

We loved this villa. The unit was very clean and had all the items we needed. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. Judith followed-up even during our stay to make sure that there was nothing else we needed. Will definitely come back and stay at this villa again. Thank you!

Terrific Vacation Villa!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and our first experience with VRBO. We couldn't have been more satisfied. Our villa was lovely, clean and had everything needed for a home away from home. For a group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers, there was plenty of room for all. Beds were so comfortable. They even had beach chairs, umbrella and various beach toys for kids. The resort property was also very nice. A short walk across the parking area to the fabulous beach, pool, and outdoor bar. The owners are very welcoming and informative. We definitely recommend this villa to family/friends and will be back again! Thank you!

Owner response:Someone once told me that you should never downgrade from your residence on vacation and our policy is to make sure our villa maintains the high standard we have for our home in PA. Our guests are always encouraged to tell us what they missed in the villa, and that will surely appear there in a week or so. So far, no one missed anything.

Amazing villa!!!

This villa was amazing!!! My sister owns a one bedroom villa and we have been going to the beach for about five years now on July 4th. This year we needed to rent our own because we have a baby. My standards are high because my sister renovated her place and it is what we were used to. We rented this villa and from email communication, to check in, to check out, and every thing in between, the process was seamless! The villa itself is truly the closest two bedroom tennis villa to the beach! The place was open and airy and was decorated just as a beach villa should be! The bathrooms and the kitchen were modern and stocked with every supply you could ever think of. We were able to cook every day and not spend so much money eating out! Okay so this is a little crazy, but extremely important...the owners provide their own linens vs. Using the cleaners. This means they are super snuggly and comfortable just like you would have for your own home. I haven't heard of any of the other villas doing this and it makes such a difference. Overall, the experience was amazing and wonderful and we will be renting it again!!!!!

Owner response:Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is a fun resort for families and singles. We maintain our villa so our guests have a most relaxing place for vacation. After all, that's what vacations are all about. There are many places on the island to have an upbeat time too. Something for everyone.

We visited Hilton Head for the third time this June and had a wonderful vacation. The condo is neat, clean and very convenient to the beach and pool. Everything you need is in the condo just need clothes and beach towels. It saved us a lot of packing. The resort itself is beautiful and well kept and you can't beat the large pool at the end of the day. We will definitely be back.

Owner response:Only reviews from our outstanding guests can properly describe our villa. If there is anything amiss, we want to know so we can have it replaced immediately. And yes, that pool is certainly an oasis.

My daughters and I drove down and stayed for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time, and we can't wait to go back! The condo was clean and owners were great! Condo is a short walk to the beach, huge pool, and wonderful restaurant by the beach.

We stayed in this condo with our 2 year old son, and loved everything about it. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook many meals (we were able to make 3 meals per day for our son for an entire week!). The condo was very clean upon arrival, and everything was comfortable and cozy. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes, and the playground is only a few buildings away. The condo is perfectly situated toward the middle of the island, so all shopping and dining is very close by. The owners were very helpful prior to the trip, and even accessible by phone during our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to everyone. They even have free wi-fi!

Owner response:The only wish I have is to meet each and every guest and family to welcome them to our home and HHI. Of course, that not being possible so we make sure our villa speaks for us and says "welcome". We realize how important vacations are, and want you to have the best of the best.

Wonderful Condo!

We had a great last minute trip to Hilton Head, and stayed in this beautiful condo! The owner's were so very accomodating, and helpful. The condo is clean, inviting, and very well stocked! I felt like I was in my own kitchen cooking meals. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the furniture. The condo has a nice "Pottery Barn" feel to it! The beach and pool are a short stroll from the condo, and the owners provided beach chairs...all we really needed to bring were our bathing suits, and beach towels. This trip was an excellent way to end our spring break! Thanks Judy!!

Owner response:We do get the very best guests who take such great care of our property. Renting vacation properties can be challenging and as such some owners aren't prepared to spend the extra time and money to create a special place. We just get the nicest people who treat our home as they would their own so it is ready for you when you need your vacation spot.

Great Condo

We stayed at the condo for only 3 night, 4-5-11 to 4-8-11. Wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The beach was a short walk away and the beach chairs that was provided really came in handy. Took a short walk to Carrabba's and had an excellent dinner. Great all around experience!

My family loved this condo! Everything was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were decorated so nicely and the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner provided beach chairs, games and shelves of books. The beach was just a short walk away and the large pool was great. The Convention Center had a pool table which my husband and sons enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend. Thanks Shelly!

We only stayed in this beautiful condo for 3 days but loved it. Everything was very clean and well kept. It was great to have the tennis court view from the balcony and it was only a short walk from the beach. We hope to visit again!

We spent a week in this condo and enjoyed our time there. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals. Everything was neat and clean. The patio overlooks the tennis courts and several college tennis teams were there for spring break so we had a box seat. Note, the condo is a 3rd floor walk up which wasn't a problem for us. The unit was very comfortable and provided more than expected in the way of "comforts of home". The kids games, books, movies really kept them busy in the evenings or as we got ready to go out. We love Hilton Head and have visited several times. This is our second time to The Beach and Tennis Resort. Since our girls are older now, the two bedrooms are nice to have. The location of this villa is perfect for the price. We would definitely consider staying here again. June 2006

We spent 8 days in this tennis villa last year (late spring 2006) and enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was clean and well maintained. The extras (such as books, games, puzzles, boogie boards, and wheeled cart for the beach) made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We hope to stay again this year and would recommend it to anyone!
