This non-smoking, ground floor condominium has ALL NEW appliances, tile, carpet and paint! Sleeping facilities include a king-sized bed in the master bedroom; a queen-sized bed in the guest room, and the microfiber sectional sofa has a hide-a-bed, which sleeps two. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The HUGE bathroom consists of tiled countertops with dual sinks and a Shower Massage showerhead. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, and trash compactor, and provides all cooking items, dishes, and utensils. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. In all, 1150 square feet of luxury!
Sports Village and Las Palmas (its sister resort adjacent to the complex) are THE resorts of choice for the Inter-mountain West. Nothing else compares. It has amazing facilities, including: covered and outdoor pools, shuffleboard, basketball courts, three tennis courts, and other amenities. All are just outside the door of this unit! Adjacent Las Palmas has six more pools (including indoor and children's), four jacuzzis, an exercise room, 15 tennis courts, two racquetball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, and a large barbecue area. All Sports Village AND LAS PALMAS facilities are free to guests.
The Saint George area has 11 golf courses. In nearby Mesquite, Nevada, you have more golf and great casinos. Also, for nature lovers, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Cedar Breaks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all less than a three-hour drive away.
