Enjoy your days and nights in a brand-new home in the sought-after Pirates Beach neighborhood. This home was completed at the end of 2005. There are two huge decks. One deck off the primary living area and an additional deck off the master bedroom which has some limited views of the ocean. ALL the countertops in the home are granite and all appliances are stainless steel. You can also enjoy the pool or play golf at the Galveston Country Club during your stay.
The master bedroom is the retreat within the get-a-way. Not only does it have a king-size bed, but it also has its own TV and there is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. There are two other bedrooms that have queen-size beds. A fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed. The bottom bunk bed is a full size and the top bunk bed is a twin. There is an additional twin bed under the bunk bed. The couch in the living room makes out into a bed.
You can hear the waves crashing from either of the two balconies. There is a large concrete area under the house that is great for sitting and visiting with your family or friends. It is approximately 200 yards to the beach or a 3-5 minute walk. There are no streets to cross when walking to the beach.
This is a home that you will be proud to stay in and invite your friends over.
