You have discovered the perfect little island retreat with daily sunsets overlooking the island waterway and peaceful salt marshes! Water views from every room in this inviting home. Or eat out on the large screened deck overlooking the water and smell the sea breeze. Take a walk to Bonito Boathouse, or use the free custom golf cart and enjoy a night out at one of the other island restaurants.
Scenically located at the top, and in the center of the island, right on the inner coastal waterway. Close to all the island's amenities. Just steps to the marina pool, which you can see from the two front decks. Nearby are the fishing docks and kayak/boat launch. You can use the double kayak that comes with this house to explore the island's waterways. A couple of minutes by golf cart to the beach, Camp Fripp, main clubhouse, two golf courses, tennis, gym, and local restaurants and beach bars.

Perfect house on Fripp

We have been coming to Fripp for years but this was our first in this home. Hopefully, it won't be our last. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed. We have 4 girls between the ages of 8 and 13. We had plenty of room. The bathrooms are huge, which is a plus for us. The marsh views from this house are the prettiest I've seen. My 13 year old spent a lot of time on the back screen balcony drawing and reading - a miracle. As someone else said, there are plenty of tv's but the view and location are so fantastic we barely turned them on. Having bikes available was another plus. The girls loved riding around the marina and to the Cabana Club pool. We have 10 year old twins, so there was only 1medium sized bike that fit them. We could have rented another but with the scooters and everything else to do, they really didn't need it. I would definitely recommend this house.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Best trip to Fripp since our children were young.

We were extremely pleased upon entering this vacation rental as it was so well adorned..clean,,,with every amenity one could need while on vacation including wireless internet! The back porches both upstairs and downstairs were screened and we spent many hours taking in the beautiful view of the river and marsh lands. All the TV's appear brand new but we hardly used them. There was one in every bedroom and of course..the living room.The pool is less than 100 yards away and I spent a lot of time there as it was so quiet. Also, having access to a free golf cart encouraged us to roam the island ( holds 4 people ). As long as the owner will rent to us every year..this is absolutely where we must stay.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We loved this house! It was clean and comfy-just like the pictures showed! The kayak was an added bonus. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening as the sun was setting-it was beautiful! I would have to say all 4 of us rated the fast golf cart with the funny horn as the best. We loved and enjoyed your house and Fripp so much , we will definetly return next year!! Lousiville, KY

What a wonderful stay we had, it was the perfect location on Fripp, the view from the porches were amazing and we really had a magical time. The home is very well equipped and we are more than ready to book again for next year.

We loved the Fripp Island home for our recent family trip. It was tastefully and comfortably furnished. We certainly enjoyed watching the wildlife from the back deck as well as touring the area in the golf cart and on the bikes. We would definitely consider renting this property again. Great place for all ages!

We have been renting vacation homes through owners for years and this is the nicest place we have stayed in. It was very comfortable and had a fresh, sunny atmosphere. It was furnished with everything we needed for a care-free vacation. The marina location was perfect - close to restaurant, store, beach, etc., but the decks in back were very private and had beautiful views. Our kids (including teens) voted Fripp Island our best vacation.

What a wonderful vacation! The house was beautiful and we loved all of the extras that made it so much easier for us to pack...bikes, kayak, scooters, beach towels and toys, etc. We will be renting this one again!

A wonderful house located in the marina, which actually is very quiet. The house is beautifully and comfortably decorated with all the amenities you could want. It has an amazing view of the marsh and we enjoyed a nice glass of wine at the end of every day watching the sunset, the birds, and the deer in the backyard. The beach is about a 3 minute golf cart ride. The only slight drawback was the 2 homes under construction next door which did get noisy at times. As of mid-June they did seem mostly completed however. Will definitely rent again!
