This condo, located in Canyon View at Ventana, has all the comforts of home in a stylish retreat in the newer phase of the complex. With nine foot ceilings, fireplace, French doors, stunning furnishings, and updated throughout, this condo will provide that special vacation you've been dreaming about!
Adjacent to the Loew's Ventana Canyon Resort and with direct access to the Ventana Canyon hiking trails, our condo provides all the sights and sounds of the desert as well as the luxuries of the community. Top-ranked golf is available nearby or you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet in our comfortable yet beautifully furnished home. From this exclusive Tucson foothills neighborhood, you can enjoy fine dining, excellent shopping and golf, swimming, hiking, biking, live-theatre, cinema, art galleries, and much more.
From both the living room and the master bedroom, French doors access the lovely screened-in porch with a table and chairs for four guests. We love opening the doors when the temperature is right to expand our living space for entertaining or merely to enjoy the desert. With two bedrooms in a split floorplan, each bedroom offers total privacy and its own walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size sleigh bed with a pillow top mattress, fine linens, and a new TV with remote, and the second bedroom offers a queen size bed also with pillow-top mattress and a lovely antique dresser.
In the living room, the sofa has a queen-size convertible bed. All together, you can comfortably sleep four to six people. The living room offers a wood-burning fireplace, a new flat-screen television on cable service with remote, a CD player, and a DVD player. The adjacent dining room has stylish comfortable seating for four guests, and the kitchen is fully-stocked with new dinnerware, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, cookware, condiments, etc. The kitchen has an eating counter/bar also adjacent to the living room, which seats two on barstools, and you can cook, entertain, or watch TV all from the kitchen. We have provided for your enjoyment a terrific selection of books, magazines, movies on DVD, tennis racquets, swim rafts, binoculars, and trail maps.
Being a first floor unit allows the ease of direct access to parking, both uncovered and covered in our reserved space. No lugging groceries up a flight of stairs to a second floor condo, there are only a few steps from parking to the front door. You will enjoy the convenience of being on the first floor, as well as being located close to the pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center, business center, and gas barbecue grills.
