This exquisite 2700 square foot home features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, plus a formal dining room, den and family room. The home also has beautifully tiled floors throughout the common areas, granite slab counter tops in the kitchen and wet bar with pass-through to the patio.

The home boasts lovely cherry wood cabinets throughout. The master suite offers a large master bath with separate shower and soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms. Enjoy watching television on one of two High Definition televisions in the home. Family room offers a home theater sound system, too!

The home comfortably sleeps six people, but can accommodate ten. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a queen sized bed in each of the other two bedrooms. The den and family room each have pull-out sofas.

You’ll want to make sure you take time to relax in the gorgeous pebble-tech swimming pool and raised spa with cascading waterfall. While outside, enjoy the breathtaking mountain views that the private yard offers.

If golf is your passion, then you can tee it up on the Westin’s Gary Player Golf Course which surrounds our private community, or on any of the nearby courses including the world famous Pete Dye Stadium course at PGA West.

The home's central location puts you near shopping, restaurants, cinemas and the Agua Caliente Casino. You are also short drives away from downtown Palm Springs, El Paseo Avenue (the Beverly Hills of the desert), the new hotspot 'the River' and just 15 minutes from the airport.

We personally enjoy this home throughout the year and therefore have taken great pride in its appearance.
