Stay with your family at our family-owned and operated condominium. Few feet to the beach, no crossing the street. Family-friendly complex with 19 units and a quieter end of Okaloosa Island. Sunset Cottage pool is located in the center of the complex with a charcoal grill area right next to it.
Our condominium sleeps up to eight people. Master bedroom (upstairs) has a King-sized bed, private bath and separate private balcony overlooking the pool. Phone, 27-inch TV, with a built-in VCR, DVD player and cable. The second bedroom on main floor has a Queen-sized bed, separate private balcony overlooking the pool, separate door to the bathroom. On the main floor, in the hallway, are the bunk beds. Living room has a Queen-sized pull-out sofa, 27-inch TV with a built-in VCR, DVD player and cable. Dining area has table with six chairs, full-size kitchen (fully-equipped), French doors lead to a balcony to a partial view of the beach. Plenty of linens provided.
BEACH SERVICE (two chairs and umbrella) and cleaning fee are included in rental price...NO STREET TO CROSS - CONDO IS 50 YARDS FROM THE BEACH!

Must be 25 years of age to rent.
