This golf course home is only 13 minutes to West Sedona, 13 minutes to the historic mining town of Jerome, 10 minutes to old town Cottonwood, 25 minutes to Cliff Castle Casino, 18 minutes to the Verde Vally Railroad Station in Clarkdale, one hour to Flagstaff, or Prescott, 20 minutes to the Out of Africa wild Animal Park, 20 minutes to the Village of Oak Creek outlet Mall, and only about 2 1/2 hours to the Grand Canyon!

There is wireless modem(WiFi)for your laptop, plus a personal computer (PC)in one bedroom. There is also a fax/scanner & printer. This gated home is in the adult gated "Dorado" section (80% of Residents are Over 55.) This home sleeps 5.
