Most resorts are within five to ten minutes from the Colonial District.
Powhatan Resort, five nights midweek from $225.00O (winter) full weeks apox. $425.00 LATE October through early March excluding Holidays
Greensprings runs about 25% more than Powhatan.
All prices that I quote are TOTAL for the duration of your stay, the only additional charge at the resort would be for using the telephone. A credit card is required by the resort or a $200 cash deposit for SECURITY ONLY.
I require an email stating the dates, unit size and agreed upon price along with a name, address and phone number for the reservation. I make the reservation and forward the reservation number to you.
You can confirm with the resort prior to sending any money, when reserving more than 30 days in advance. Personal checks are accepted more than thirty days prior to check
in. Credit cards are invoiced through PAYPAL I add the paypal charge of 4% to your invoiced price.
All are wonderful family resorts.

The four bedroom units are (2)two bedroom units connected by a common foyer(lockouts). Two kitchens, two living rooms, two master bedrooms with whirlpools or hottubs sleeping (12 maximum). Limited availity during high season.

My Wife Aida and I are retired and living in Puerto Rico. After 50+ years in Virginia the beautiful springs were not enough to keep me away from the 8 months of wonderful weather here. We enjoy walking the beach in the morning looking for SEAGLASS, cleaning the salt spray from the night before during the mid day. Taking care of my emails and the 100 + reservations that I do each year in the afternoon before going for a sunset walk. I do enjoy sending people on vacations as I have always loved traveling myself. Aida loves to experiance new places but wants "beam me up Scotie". Cabo san Lucas and St. Maartin are among our favorite long distance places. There is no prettier place than Virginia during the spring!
Why the Owner Chose Williamsburg
I bought in Williamsburg for those family times with young grandchildren when they start asking are we their yet I could say ALLLLLMOST and mean it, when traveling from Richmond 45 mile away. Williamsburg has so much to do for all ages that I thought it a perfect spot for vacationers, history, entertainment, relaxation and good restaurants.

I do like to stay in condos while traveling because it is so nice to be able feel at home. With everybody getting up at diffenant times of the morning you don't have to rush because someone is hungry or hasn't had thier COFFEE. I like to eat out because I love to eat good food but I also enjoy cooking and eating MY FOOD. I bought my fist timeshare in St. Maartin back in 1984 and never looked back I now have about 40 and plenty of points. So please keep renting it is cheaper than buying RETAIL. Bill
